The worst company to deal with.first it’s really hard to get hold of them if there is anything wrong with your product. They advertise the product being high end. Nothing high end to pay almost 1k more than another company with same quality. Just another made in china product painted in America.

This is my first lift purchase. And I must say Aston came through. Shipping was very fast and all contents were packaged nicely. I had this lift professionally installed. No problem with the installation but the installers did say there were some small parts missing (Torsion Spring Sleeves). I contacted Aston and they got those parts out to me quickly.     • . These folks stand behind what they sell and value you as a customer.
It was easy to stand the posts up with a gantry crane. The lift is easy to put together and easy to operate. The instructions are written for the more mechanically inclined. I believe the lifts they sell are tough, well built and a great value for the money spent.

Equipment works great prices are good but unfortunately customer service and the communication was extremely horrible Clicklease was the ones who financed the equipment for me I had to pay them two months of payments before even receiving the equipment because it took so long to get. Aston technology’s finally contacted me 2 to 3 days before I receive the equipment by far worse customer service I have ever dealt with. ... show more
