  • Good quality & Bang for the Buck
Style: B760M Steel Legend WiFi
For our Win 11 office needs this mb was fine. We paired it with an Intel i5-12400 cpu and 32GB RAM - DDR5. It has multiple high speed M.2 slots (with included heat sinks) which negated the need for the older 2.5" SSD's. Setup was easy But you Should update the BIOS and mb chipset. Doing so required downloading software from their web site to a USB stick and plugging it into the pc. It would have been nice to do if from the BIOS setup screen directly to their web site. It even came with a user assembly booklet. The web site .pdf is there too if you need to zoom in on something particular. ... show more

  • Nice quality, and no issues with new build
Style: B760M Pro RS/D4
This motherboard booted without issue and seemed stable after a recent PC build. I wanted a motherboard with adequate cooling on the parts that tend to run warm, and this board comes out above most at this price. It has plentiful fan connectors, SATA and even some red LEDs on the board for reading post codes if you do run into issues. Boards that have preinstalled I/O shields also just look better overall from the back of the case. ... show more

Really nice motherboard, love that the IO board is included and assembled onto the board as well as the nvme slots having nice heat syncs

  • Good Value, but it's obviously cheaply made in some components
Style: B760M Pro RS
It's a beautiful board despite it's price it's presentable, everything works as expected, i tested it with an i7 12700k and a non qvl lexar thor 6000mt/s, a kingston nvme and everything works as expected, no crashes no bsod, no errors, I even put it a contact frame from thermalright and it's well. But it has obvious problems for being this cheap. First you literally only have one pci-e x16 5.0 connector and other is just a 3.0, so if you want to expand something you should expect 3.0 speeds. Next it's the audio, it's using a really old (and I mean really really old), realtek chip, it's buggy and sometimes the audio crackles at startup, I've not noticed that not until one week later because i primarly use bluetooth speakers, but when i plug in a headphone with an stereo jack, I've noted the audio crackles at startup on windows 11, this is probably because the audio chip was done even before windows 11 was even thought, so audio may have issues with 11, so it's not a good experience with the on-board audio. I also don't like RGB, so I ask board manufacturers don't add them, some time people buy this because at least i thought being this cheap won't have an onboard rgb light, but it has, and it's annoying, if you are going to cheap out in component, please let that be the useless ugly rgb that are present in every modern hardware and i find it annoying. For port connectivity, yes, only has two 3.0 usb rear and 1 3.2 usb/usb-c rear, front, so it's very limited, you also need a hub for USB if you need it, elevating it's initial cost, but if you already have it (like i did) it's still a good purchase. ... show more

  • Working well with i7-12700 and its integrated GPU
Style: B760M Steel Legend WiFi
I ordered the Steel Legend Series for my first ever personal build (previously just bought laptops). Other than not realizing that I needed to run two power cables, it was plug and play. I have a modular power supply and when I saw the step that only had images for connecting power, it showed what looked like two ends of the same cable to me. When the first two problem LEDs came up red, I panicked and emailed ASRock for help, then figured it out the next day. Bluetooth is working with a gamepad. WiFi is working. DDR5 RAM and an m.2 SSD all came together nicely. I have been running Portal 2 fine without GPU, loads of other games in my Steam backlog will work fine with just the HD770 and an i7, so I will be set for a couple months till my budget recovers and I can buy a GPU. Will update if I run into any issues, but it's decent for me so far. ... show more

  • Excellent motherboard
Style: B760M PG SONIC WiFi
Everything works perfect. AsRock allows you to control RGB directly in the bios. It also downloads the motherboard drivers when you first boot windows then that’s it. You don’t need to download any software to get full functionality out the motherboard.
