    • Nice cards in a great box. Little discerning features between all sets, however.
Cards and box are very nice. No complaints on quality. If using multiple decks for continuous games of euchre for instance, it can be difficult to keep the cards separated. There are two sets of identical decks, and very similar in color and pattern for the other pair.

    • Stickers on wood?
First off--I LOVE Theory11 playing cards. NO ONE makes better playing cards--full stop. I already have several of the Artisan decks, and I wanted to "improve" my collection with the special engraved box. Though I love the look of the box and detail of the engraving, the year/edition sticker that is used to secure the wooden box closed is not well thought-out. It looks great at first, but then once you peel off the sticker it never looks as good from then on... and no longer has a way to keep it closed securely. Plus, it leaves sticker residue on the wood! I will probably add a simple latch myself, but this is just poor design. ... show more

I ordered the boxed set of cards thinking it was larger than it actually is. I was a bit too excited and jumped the gun. I probably wouldn’t have spent the $56+ for it had I known. That being said.... it’s made in the USA and for that alone makes it worth it to me. I didn’t open it as it’s a gift and I didn’t want to break the seal. The engraving in the front is really quite nice and I tried to show that in my photo. In summary, I don’t regret my purchase as it’s the closest I’ve been able to find to fit my need. ... show more

    • Very nice looking, paper cards.
I really enjoy this deck. FYI this comes with 4 decks. 2 White themed and 2 decks black themed. But! They are all made of paper. Not plastic cards so they WILL rip and/or bend. But very nice to play with. I'd say top notch, grade A paper cards.

The box arrived with something spilled on the top of it, I can't tell what it was, but it came up with a damp cloth no problem and it looks perfect. As it is a gift I am glad I wasn't shipping straight to the recipient. I hope the cards are in good condition, I will see on xmas and will surely update if they aren't. ... show more
