PROS -great variety of colors and shades -each thread changes shades, allowing for interesting patterns CONS -threads are a bit rough -threads can snap easily if pulled harshly through a canvas These are intended probably for frienship bracelets and not for embroidery or cross stitch. They work for such, but the user needs to be careful and work slowly. I recommend them for simple projects like bracelets. Great value, but not suitable for embroidery. ... show more

I was working on a piece of embroidery using up some leftover floss, and realized I needed a larger quantity of blues to get my desired result. This was more floss than I needed, but I like the selection of colors. We’ll see how the floss stands up after repeated washing - it’s going onto a garment.
