The product was so pigmented. Not hard to buff in at all. If your new to nails, put a base coat and then wipe with alcohol, buff the service or use a matte top coat, after cutting draw your lines with no wipe top coat and buff in the chrome.

These are great! My only complaint is I feel like the first 5-6 colours are incredibly similar, especially in natural lighting and I could have done with probably 3 of them and some more fun colours instead. The size is great, it's gonna last a long time. Chrome is hard to make look perfect but this is easy to use- at least as easy as it can be. The pictures show a swatch of them all over a black base with the exception of 1 colour which is a white, kind of pearl colour and I put that over both white and black to compare. The white is subtle and hard to capture on camera but it looks gorgeous in person. I do a base coat then cure, top coat and cure for 15 seconds (half cure time was 30 seconds but even that was too long and made it streaky), then applied Chrome, top coated and cured for 60 seconds. ... show more

This was an exceptional deal - 16 colors, and the containers are quite large, if different chrome powders. They came with applicators for each dish of powder and had a nice picture on the front of what the finish should look like.

Love how easy the powders are with clear gel polish. Literally took me a half hour to do this. And no messy cuticles to clean up, just wash with soap n water. Gave some of these colors to friends who use gels.

These chrome powders are stunning! The color shows up amazingly with such a little amount of powder. I recommend doing it above a black base to allow for even more color payoff. Every woman who wears nail polish might want to try this! It is incredible. You will receive a lot of product for the price. You simply paint your nails. And then when they're just dry to the touch...you take the little foam brush that looks similar to putting eyeshadow on...and you dip it in the iridescent powder and you rub it over your nails and it leaves a shimmery iridescent color that is so beautiful.
