The media could not be loaded. This chair really does look just like the photo. It's comfortable and a great price. I think I may have gotten a defective chair because mine squeaks everytime I move. It makes it difficult to have meetings at home due to the loud noise. I do have to say that the customer service was great when I reported my issue. ... show more

I love the look of this chair and the comfort/versatility of sitting options with the foot stool. However, it will not stay at the highest setting and will slowly lower while sitting in it.
