I recently purchased this product with the anticipation that it would effectively cover my 870-square-foot living space, given its advertised coverage of 800 square feet. However, upon setting it up, which was remarkably easy, I found that it only managed to scent about 25 feet of the area. Despite allowing it to operate for several hours, there was no noticeable improvement in coverage. In light of this, I am contemplating returning the product and exploring the possibility of acquiring one with a broader coverage, perhaps around 4000 square feet, to ensure a more comprehensive and effective scent diffusion throughout my entire home. It appears that opting for a device with greater coverage might be key to achieving the desired aromatic ambiance in larger living spaces. ... show more

    • Super noisy and doesn’t work piece of junk
I got this diffuser for my living room . First thing that disappointed me is the fact that every time it diffuses, it makes a really loud noise. But we got used to it, but 6 months into having it I noticed that it wasn’t working, I couldn’t see the steam coming out. I checked the bottle and realized that the oil wasn’t coming out but dripping down to the bottle receptacle. After inspecting the little straw/hose of the bottle I could see that there was something blocking it. After inserting a needle up the hose, I got a little piece of what looks like a metal mesh. After that it worked ok for a little while, but I still could see that half of the oil wasn’t coming dripping down the bottle receptacle. And now it simply doesn’t work! Don’t waste your money for something that is going to last less than a year! Follow up: Just placed a call to the manufacturer, AromaTech, whom thrives on “small business” label and great quality products, and just dismissed me very quickly and said to take the problem to Amazon! A company that has a store front on the Amazon site! After asking to speak to the supervisor, I was told that he step into a meeting! How convenient! The diffuser is fine I guess as long as you don’t turn on those LEDs which makes it look like something that my 8 year old would like to keep as a night light. But the smell is just so cheap and synthetic. My living room reminds me of a cheap gas station, where someone used some really powerful cleaning agent to kill whatever humanity decides to dump in there after a wild a taco eating competition.
