40 dollar purchase with not cotton insert. You need the insert to make the diffuser work. You can charge the unit good, you install the oil canister good, no cotton insert to transfer the oil from the canister to the electrical heating unit to create the aroma. Not been able to find the cotton insert anywhere on aroma360 or Amazon. Extremely frustrated with this for the cost of the unit. Not happy. ... show more
