For the amount of product and the time spent having fun with my baby, the price of this paint set has been more than justified. - Ease of cleaning: all it takes to clean most of the smudges is a damp cloth or paper towel, and it usually does the trick. Sometimes I may need a little more than that, but I have not noticed any permanent smudges left anywhere in the house. Safety: I do have a 10-month old, so I have to always make sure that nothing goes into his mouth, but it does look like this kit is pretty safe for young children, with adequate supervision, of course. I thought this paint was washable. However, it stained my child’s white plastic play table. Very disappointed as her table was new. I immediately wiped it off and within seconds, it left a stain.
