I live in an apartment complex where my lovely heavy footed stomping neighbors move morning noon and night and chain smoke as if nicotine is about to be banned. The smell of cigarettes was so bad I started to feel like I was in a casino wandering aimlessly looking for a way out. I called and complained to the office which didn’t do much because this is not a smoke free complex and even though I was told that it was which is what made me pick this place, it appears that I was bamboozled! So what do we do when no one else is able to help us? We turn to Dr. Google and Amazon to try to find a solution. Countless hours trying to navigate through reviews and cross referencing brand names and the research is extensive because inflation is high and our money is precious, the last thing anyone wants or needs is to buy something that is a waste of money or overly expensive. So finally after 1 full day, I came across this little beauty. It was love at first sight! It’s affordable, it’s small and it has a lot of reviews. I went through all the lower reviews first and I haven’t had the experience anyone else has had. I personally love the noise, it’s a soothing white noise that mixes well with the rain sounds I listen to at night. So now I have rain and gentle wind and for the first time in what seems to be a very long time, I was able to BREATHE and sleep like a baby with no worries. So for anyone out there looking for an affordable option that is still effective and gets you the results you want, I highly recommend this one. It works! It’s very quiet & after a fire that was near our area, we had lots of smoke that got inside but the purifier kept air clean inside. I got a second one for our bedroom. I also like that it has a night light.

This is small but mighty. I use it in my bedroom and it works great. The noise level is really not bad but it has a sleep mode level. Perfect quietness for sleeping. I love it, my allergies are better after a good night sleep with this. It works great. I highly recommend this

I love my little air purifier. It sits on my desk and sucks up all my visitors stinky breath and keeps my office fresh. But after a couple of months, it started having an intermittent buzzy sound which kept getting worse as time went on. After 6 months, the noise was constant and I had to stop using it. The noise was just too grating. I figured it hadn't been that long since I bought it (but well past the return window), so I reached out to the seller to see if they could do anything. They were quick to respond, and after sending them a video so they could hear it for themselves, they sent me a replacement, no charge. Very friendly, very responsive, and stellar service. I received my air purifier and after a couple days the fan started making a noise when it was on. I was super bummed and reached out to customer service for assistance. They sent me a new one at no cost and this one works perfectly!!! I like how you can turn off the bright blue light on the bottom of you don’t want it and it works sooo well. 10/10 would recommend. The media could not be loaded. I ordered this about a month ago. Easy to assemble and quick to get started. Great look, sleek, and at about 1 foot tall it's a great size for an office or bedroom. I decided to add clove bud oil to the diffuser tab on top for a festive smell. Worked fine, but when I went to open the small tab it wouldn't open. After a week and a half of running the purifier, I tried opening the diffuser tab again. My finger was covered in gooey black plastic. The tab you use to open for essential oil drops had corroded. I had purchased a warranty through Amazon, but because the manufacture warranty was still active I was directed to contact them. I told them if my concern and they asked me to send photos and videos of the problem. I did, and they offered me a 50% refund because I said I liked the actual purifier just not the essential oil compartment melting. The justification was that the first round of production of this model was defective and the subsequent rounds have been corrected. They said that they have now way of knowing which round they are sending, so a replacement might have the same problem. Honestly, I just wanted the purifier. The essential oil option was unnecessary to me so I accepted the 50% refund. However after 4 days I have not heard back from them. I'm also going to contact Amazon to get a refund on the warranty I purchased from them. It's actually disappointing because I was looking at their bigger purifier but now I'm not sure if I should go to another company. Even though I like the purifier part, I can't justifiable give this product a good rating. The two stars will go to three when I receive my refund if I do not have to wait too long. I'll update you. Attached are pics and a video I sent to the company. ***As of Dec 23, 2023 Amazon, not the seller, fulfilled the refund in full and I was allowed to keep the purifier. ***As of Dec 28, 2023 have received a full refund offer from both the manufacture and Amazon (clearly can only get a full refund from one). Amazon was unable to refund the purchased protection plan but did refund my money for the product in full quickly. Company apologized for the defect. Conclusion: I raised it to 3 stars from 2 because the company was relatively quick to try to correct the issue. I can't give a product more than 3 stars that is defective, but the purifier is a hard little worker. Im keeping him and just using the filter portion.
