WE bought 2 of these chairs and then bough two more! They are comfortable even for my husband who has had multiple back surgeries! Our only complaint is the finish on the wooden seat back. It can rub or chip off and doesn't take stain very well.

Wonderful barstools for under $100! Kids and adults love them, swivel is great and also the footrest. The wood can unfortunately chip easily, so just be careful not to bang into the counter and train the kids not to shove them right up to the counter edge.

Leaky cylinder (noticed after assembly) prevented the stool from staying at the proper height when I sat on it. Contacted Armen on delivery day about the issue . Less then 48 hours later replacement parts are on the way. truly outstanding customer service.

We ordered four of these stools for our kitchen peninsula. They were easy to put together. The swivel is great, the foot rest placement is perfect, and the height variability is awesome. The look and feel is as expected. We have seen some scuffs on the wood backing from rotating into/sliding against our bar top, which may speak to the quality of the wood, but also we could be more careful. ... show more

Easy to assemble and extremely comfortable, like sitting on a nice cloud. Also has back support. Bought one with very minor cosmetic damage for a discount. Comfort and appearance wise, this is definitely a high end stool. Wouldn't be out of place at a fancy restaurant or bar.
