I've had the chair for 6 months and it was great! Loved the look and aesthetic. Unfortunately now the adjustable height will not stay up and slowly leak down over a few minutes thereby making it quite an annoying chair to sit in. When reaching out to customer service, they said they put this in for a replacement, but it is on backorder with no help of when it might come off back order. I see I could buy a new one now, so I would venture those chairs are not on back order. If you're okay taking a gamble, pick this one up. ... show more

I would say they're a little below average in terms of build quality: mine have little dings in them, and an internal popped out of the side of one (easily cuttable though).
