I love the color of this microwave! It gives a nice pop of color in our RV’s kitchen. And for those interested in using for a camper or RV it is about a 900 watt input (output is 700w) so be sure your inverter can do 900 watts. Only downside of the lower output wattage is popcorn is a bit difficult. It doesn’t seem to be enough power to pop all of the kernels before burning the popped kernels. On other foods I’ve noticed I’ll have to add a few seconds of cook time. For example in our 1100w microwave in our house I heat up sausages for 30 seconds but in this microwave I heated them for 40 seconds and they seemed just right. So just be aware you’ll have to increase cook times due to lower wattage output. The user interface is a bit different than typical microwaves being that there are no numbers. But it’s pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Once you hit the “micro power” button it gives you an option to change the power level which I don’t feel like I’d ever use but it’s nice to have if we need to use the microwave and we are running low on battery power or something. Then you just turn the dial for the cook time. Overall it seems to be working well and the size was perfect for our upper cabinets. I did screw into the front feet (plastic) to secure it and be sure it wasn’t going to fall while we were driving. So far so good! ... show more

Bought this exact microwave several years ago and it performed just fine. Needed to replace after a few years of use. The same model arrived and worked for about three weeks then did not heat at all. This microwave is adorable and perfect for small spaces. After 2 years of light use, however, it stops heating after 30 seconds -- just turns without heat, so you have to keep resetting it.

When I received my microwave, I plugged it in and the inside light turned on, it stayed on and wouldn't turn off. It also wouldn't start microwaving no matter what I did. It looked like these 2 errors occurred because the door wasn't properly closed, even though it was. I contacted Amazon Customer Service and explained the issue. They told me to record a video of the problem so they could unsterstand it better, which I did. After they reviewed the video they determined that I received a faulty microwave. By this time a Customer Service Representative named Ailsa, took over to make things right. She told me that I didn't need to return the faulty microwave and to make the process faster, she refunded me the total amount back into my bank account. The next day I ordered another one exactly like the first one. I received it a few days later and it worked like a charm. After having this microwave for about a week, I absolutely LOVE it! I couldn't be happier, and Ailsa turned a bad situation into a great one. Fantastic customer service! Awesome little microwave! (update May 12, 2021) My red microwave is fantastic! Now that I'm used to the controls, I'm very pleased. The dial is cool, turning it adjusts the cooking time by 10 seconds per click. Turning the dial 180 degrees comes out to 2 minutes. The Instant/Start button starts the microwave at 1 minute, each time you press that button again, the timer increases by 10 seconds. Very easy to work and I still absolutely love it. ... show more
