30 Can Size - I have been using the previous version of this cooler for almost 4 years now. It has a soft bottom and no insert. I am surprised at how long it has lasted. I decided to upgrade to a new one however when I saw this style available. So far it hasn't let me down. I really like the liner and find that it is pretty durable. It holds a 2 litter bottle tilted at an angle as well as a 1/2 gallon jug standing vertically. The bottom is thicker and more robust. I find it gives better support and stands upright better on uneven or tilted surfaces or the ground. I really like the flip top lid. It is so much easier and faster than a zipper. The hook and loop faster keeps the lid closed tight. This is a day cooler for me to take to work. I usually carry a frozen water 2 litter bottle, 1/2 gallon jug of RO water, several 12 oz bottles of a sports drink, and a few refrigerated oranges. It keeps things cold all day long. The strap works great for carrying it even when it heavily loaded. The front 2 zippered pouches are great for holding items like utensils, straws, powdered drink mix packets, a mobile phone or other flat things. Great design, quality materials at a fair price.     • Great cooler for the golf cart

This is a great cooler. So far it has fit in every golf cart basket I’ve tried it in. I’ve found most coolers over rate the capacity by a lot, but not this one. It will legitimately hold 16 cans of beer. The Velcro latch is also a nice touch. It secures it well and makes it easy to reach into the golf cart basket to grab a cold one. Fully loaded with 16 12oz cans, it can still hold enough ice to keep everything cold and still have some ice left at the bottom after a 4 hour round of golf. However, I usually pack it with 14 or 15 cans in order to leave a little more room for ice on those extra hot days. This is, hands down, the best lunch box I’ve ever owned. I’m so glad I decided to pay a little extra for it. The way it holds the cold in is awesome. If I put 2 small ice packs in, in the morning, by lunch there are actual ice crystals on the outside of my food containers. I accidentally left my lunchbox for 24 hours on a day where the temp was over 90 degrees. When I finally got to my lunchbox, the things inside were not hot, so it kept the heat of a car sweltering in the sun out. This is just big enough for my lunch and some ice packs. I love using the removable shelf… sometimes for snacks and sometimes it’s where I put the ice pack. The pockets are convenient for my silverware, protein powder, tea bags, and condiments.     • Heavy when full but very nice - needs padding on strap

- Beware the 48 can is very heavy when it's full of ice/cans/food. Best if you can put in a wagon or something most of the trip. - The hard liner is critical and works very well to stay waterproof, not many softsided coolers offer the hard liner any more. - Velcro closure works well but how long will it last? - Keeps drinks and ice cold for a full day at the beach. - Shoulder strap could be better especially some sort of padding as the large 48 can cooler gets very heavy. I had to fold up a small towel to put between the strap and my shoulder to carry a few blocks to the beach. If it weren't for the lack of padding I'd give 5 stars. ... show more

This is my second one wife bought me the first one this one is a little bigger fits behind my tacoma access cab drivers seat carries a lunch bag with some ice packets and a few bottles of water lunch on it's own won't keep water cold till after work drop it inside this cooler ice cold at the end of the day. Also use it for shopping add ice reuseable for perishable stuff can be a little small for that sometimes. On of the seams opened up on the other one proably my fault putting tools in it. It all works very well and I would definitely recommend it. The only thing that bothers me is no center handel there's a handel on both ends and a long shoulder strap the first one was the same I ordered this one anyway I can live with it. ... show more

Does a great job. Keeps lunch and drinks cool with a couple of ice packs. Very handy to keep extra items in. The top compartment is handy for putting sandwiches and chips in. Love this ice chest. It’s my man purse.

So this is a really nice cooler. Great looking, good performing with a lot of great features. The stain resistance is as advertised. It really does wipe clean even with heavy stains. Lots of room. Great storage. I use it with plastic water bottles, not cans and I had 10 water bottles and 7 small Gatorade bottles along with a full bag of ice and snacks with no problem. The only issue is how long the ice stays in the cooler. I’m not sure what conditions they test the cooler to say it holds ice for 3 days but after 8 hours the ice was about 90% gone. Although the water was still ice cold and the drinks were still ice cold. The cooler was on the deck of a boat in about 95 degree weather. So although it didn’t hold ice as advertised, I was still pretty happy that it did that well in the heat. I’d buy it again. ... show more

Was needing something to keep my beverages cold all day while they sit in the cab of my work truck in the blazing hot and humid Missouri summer. This does the trick! 3 or four cans and ice to the top of the cans and the last can is still cold 12 hours later with some ice left. Love the flip open zipperless lid too!
