This finally, a really great 3/4 scale version of it's full sized, coin operated Galaga arcade machine. Assembly was mostly easy, though there were moments when I did have a bit of difficulty with some very tiny screws which are used to secure the monitor/control deck piece. I'd recommend having a friend assist with moving the cabinet into position, or use an heavy duty cart to move it. The cabinet is a fair bit heavier than the first generation of A1up cabinets. Once completed, I was greeted with a beautiful cabinet, complete with lighted (fake) coin acceptors, lighted marquee, and that iconic Namco cabinet many of us came to know in person, back in the early 80s. My only gripe is, the audio is way, way, way too loud. I immediately had to turn the volume all the way down to 1, and it's still a lot too loud. Neighbors complained when I played it too late at night. LOL Guess I'll have to order another volume attenuator to deal with that. LOL I like that the cabinet features wi-fi, and leaderboards. I used to dump quarters into Street Fighter 2 in the early 90s. Playing this game is nostalgic. This game was delivered within 24 hours of being ordered. It was well packaged. Each individual part was bagged in plastic, and was well labeled for assembly purposes. The instructions were easy to follow. Assembly was similar to that of IKEA furniture, dowels and screws. Assembly took a couple of hours. There are a lot of pieces. Depending on your personal skills, you assembly time could be different. Gameplay feels just like an arcade game. I have place mine on carpet, and it does wobble a bit. There are included wall anchors that I did not install. They may reduce the wobble. Overall, this was a very cool purchase! ... show more

What a time growing up in the 90s and playing the best video games in the arcades. Street Fight 2 was king and this cabinet looks exactly like it did in the 90s. The lit up marquee, bezel, and control panel look beautiful. I love the fact that it’s a smaller scale version and it really doesn’t take up much space. Plays just like the arcades and it’s got the option for scanlines to give it that old school crt look. It’s got 2 speakers and they’re pretty loud no need to raise the volume all the way up. Putting it together takes a few hours and it is a pain but once you’re up and running it’s a great feeling when you turn it on. It’s light and on carpet it’ll wobble. I think arcade1up really nailed it with this cabinet. At $399 it’s worth it IMO ... show more

It's a beautiful arcade. I highly recommend it. The issue is delivery. Some of the parts were damaged. It was raining and there was some water damage. It was the drivers fault. I'm sure of it. Also there was damage from handling the package. At this point it's assembled and it will be a hassle to get a replacement. I didnt bother. The assembly is not hard nor easy.     • parts mislabeled and holes on wrong side of piece

I got it put together but it was a problem several parts were mislabeled 3 of my parts were labeled d1 and there was only supposed to be one. The top parts on the machine would only fit one way so holes must of been misdrilled because the light that is supposed to light up the galaga sign top of machine the bulbs face the back so no light there. That was the only way it would fit. The machine does operate and plays well but overall for the price was disappointed. ... show more
