To the people who I have seen writing reviews saying it doesn’t turn on or whatever lol, I had the same problem (at first). So I opened it just tore the box open throw everything on the ground right like I always do. No need to really be to careful. So anyways I go to plug it in and nothing worked right. I somehow managed at the time to get it to work once and had no idea how I did it. I remember thinking to myself about how better my teeth felt and how I should have done this a long time ago I’m just really to cheap. After that I tried it again and I never could get it to work again. Or so I thought. So just today I tried again like maybe I just do,etching wrong. I got it to work once there’s got to be a way. So I keep hitting it and yelling at it nope. Still nothing. I was really hopeful that was going to work. There’s this knob that’s labeled 0-10 I tried squeezing the machine horizontally and just coincidentally I got it to work lol. You got to press this knob thing to get it to turn on. I’m not really big on reading all the directions I’m sure others can relate. I read the other reviews about how some couldn’t get it to turn on and I wonder if they had the same problem I was having. This combo is good, but it is not the bomb. Let me explain. The toothbrush vibrates not that widely, it's a very tight orbit. So it does the job well, but doesn't swing that far in it's vibration, so you cannot get it to go as much in-between your teeth. But it's pretty good. My teeth feel clean. What's disappointing is the water pressure and way the water pique works. It pulsates, instead of being a steady stream. That's kind of odd, but OK. But the water pressure is not that high. It's pretty far off from being like the one the dentist uses. It shoots a lot of water, at a medium pressure, so it's kind of like a glorified rinse rather than a pique. Otherwise the unit is good, the controls are good, the feel is good. It's overall a good value for the money. You get a lot for your money I feel. The water pressure will knock anything loose out from between your teeth, but it might not go down in-between the gum and the tooth. They have a pocket cleaner tip you can buy separately. I didn't. Using the regular tip that comes with it is a fair pressure good rinse. That's my opinion. My teeth do look and feel clean using it however. I am pleased with the purchase. ... show more

The toothbrush works great but the water pick is very weak. It can’t wash the smallest particles from your teeth. Not worth the money. Retraction. Unit works well. Water pick has good pressure now. Don’t understand the change.

    • My first water flosser

This was my first water pick + electric brush. I love that it comes with extra brush heads and different pick tips. The water pressure is fairly high which seems to be very effective. The brush has different vibration modes which is fun to experiment with. Highly recommend.

So the first thing I actually thought this was a Philips sonic and this is how the company fools you because they put aqua sonic in the name. Am I impressed with a brush? Heck yeah it’s actually just as good as a Philips sonic it’s got four settings and I usually leave mine on whitening. I’ll probably try the other three later on down the road but for now all I care is about wine in my teeth. Now the downfall of this particular product is the water fossler, it is built poorly because of the extended cable that isn’t flexible and when you turn it to clean the water jets all over the place as you can see on one of the photos I have provided. It also didn’t work properly the first time around and for whatever reason it’s working correctly now but I have noticed that I have to fill the tank almost every day now that it’s working properly because of the amount of water it shoots out I even turned the knob down so that shoots out slower but it’s still messy. This is the most messy water fossler I’ve ever had. I would’ve given this five stars but that is the only downfall this particular product. I do like how they provide more brush heads and fossler options Than Philip sonic does and it’s a good bargain for the price I ended up paying $70 it was on sale and I like the brush that it’s black it looks way better than that traditional white brush. ... show more

This toothbrush is what I expected the brush itself is great and the flossed works as described. Just ensure you use all the water in the tank or it will leak out.
