PROS: • Greatly upgrades and enhances the look of the shower • Provided with plenty of plumbers tape, saving trip to hardware store • 1 extra seal for stainless steel hose in case one gets damaged • Tool-free installation, all connections can easily be hand-tighten, except for possibly taking out the old shower head • Dial mechanism allows for effortless and smooth transitions between shower head, hand-held, or both with sound-click indication • Hand-held reduces time tremendously when rinsing off water spots from shower walls and glass doors, no more having to re-fill a bucket 1000x times • Hand-held is perfect for those with pets, saving money and trip to the pet store • 6-setting water flow pressure caters to every need • 7 inch shower head diameter ensures soap and dirty rinse thoroughly off body • No leakage from swivel head of 7 inch shower head as mentioned by other reviewers CONS: • Installation was not quite as painless as expected, causing leakage at shower arm, resulting in removing hose and shower head from diverter and putting plumber's tape around shower arm threads • Initially led to believe the wrong one was ordered, because it looked more chrome, and not really a brushed nickel finish, but more mirrored-like USEFUL INFO: • If any residual plumber's tape from old shower head removal, thoroughly clean the threads with a brush or cloth as any remaining old tape can jeopardize the integrity of the new tape, causing leakage • Do not use tools to tighten any connections, especially the attachment to the shower arm in the wall • Instructions states to use wrench and plumber's tape to tighten diverter to shower arm, but using the tool can cause the plumber's tape to push up, thereby exposing the bottom threads to leakage • If leakage occurs at the shower arm, use enough plumbers tape (at least 3 full rounds clockwise), wrapping it not just around the threads, but also a little bit above the top of the thread to ensure maximum leakage prevention • Then hand-tighten the nut until no further movement ... show more

Hi, This is, by far, the best shower head and combination unit that I have ever had. It replaced a Moen 26112 Engage Handheld Showerhead with Magnetix. The Moen unit was very good and super-easy to take from the magnetic base and use as a handheld unit. Using it as a standard showerhead (affixed with the magnet), however, was problematic because the water neck (shower arm) to which it was attached was not particularly long. The physical design of the Moen unit (basically a head with a handle) meant that in my application, prevented it from being tilted downward as much as I would have liked (i.e., the shower head water stream was angled to flow higher up/further back than was ideal). This AquaDance unit solved this problem because there are two separate heads. The shower head portion can be angled, with ease, to whatever angle is best. Also, the water flow pressure is a big improvement over my previous Moen uint. The separate handheld shower head unit is fantastic. Being a bit smaller in diameter than the main shower head, the water flow is even better (great pressure and I like the adjustability of spray (same as the main head unit). Switching between the main head unit and handheld portion is very easy and the dial mechanism has the feel and quality of much more expensive units. Everything works with precision with no leaks and very easy to install. So far, it has been reliable. The design is well thought out and well executed. I was leery to order this since the price was so cheap. I had seen comparable ones for way more money, but reviews were good so I took a shot at it and was pleasantly surprised. The shower head / handheld combo was a solid quality. It was easy to install, and the pressure of the water flow once installed was very good. I would absolutely recommend this! Seems to be good quality, it has only been installed for a week or so. Strong water pressure and I bet if you removed the flow restrictor in the diverter body it would be even better ;-) but I of course do not advocate doing that. Several different spray patterns, 5’ long hose, nice finish (ORB).i didn’t like the way the hand held sprayer looked next to the shower head so I bought a KES wall mount bracket (see pictures) looks much cleaner IMO. Happy with the purchase. Follow up: This shower head has been installed for a year and a half and I’ve had no problems at all with it. Still going strong. ... show more

Not Sure what more you could expect from a product for under $100. I'm a remodeling contractor professionally. I've put in hundreds of shower heads. Yes there are better products out there, but you will spend three to four times as much to get a full metal shower head and hand shower. The parts don't leak. Make sure to use teflon tape where the diverter screws onto the shower arm and where the shower head screws on to the diverter. no wrench needed. If you use a wrench make sure to use a box wrench or an adjustable. Last thing you want is to use a pair of pliers that will leave teeth marks in this or crack the fitting. It took three minutes to install. It does not leak. I did not need any directions although at a glance the provided directions were simple and straight forward. The best part of this is the hose. I've seen a ton of cheap hand showers with plastic hoses that never lay right. This is a metal jacketed hose that is very nice quality. All in all......very good quality for the money. I've seen big brand units easily twice the price that aren't as feature packed as this setup. I am pleased with my purchase. ... show more
