    • Great Water Pressure! But Failed in under 1 Week (Returned)
The media could not be loaded. Having both shower heads really makes it nice for rinsing off quickly. The water pressure is great (took our the water saver) and the hose on the hand held shower head is nice and flexible. I have used this now for a few days and the quality seems excellent. Will buy again... UPDATE: August 9th, 2018 After only a few days use the Hand Held Shower head started making a funny noice and water squirting out the sides. I have not had any drops or incidents with the shower head it just simply started doing it yesterday and so I have submitted for a return. I am chaning my review to 1 our 5 since the quality of this shower head is inferior as my last shower head lasted for about 5 years. I did see a few other reviews also had this same issue and it has something to do with the lack of quality of the parts used to allow you to adjust the spray from mist to direct and back. This is very unfortunate as I really liked the way it was working until this failure. Very short life of this device. I will be buying another brand for sure. I will attempt to upload a short video that shows the water squirting out of the sides of the hand held shower head. Hope this helps someone... ... show more

    • Amazing Shower Head, if you try it you'll love it!!
I LOVE this shower head set! I live in an apartment complex so I had to wait for Maintenance to install it, he commented on how much he liked it and that he was surprised that when both shower heads were on you could hardly tell the difference in pressure! My first shower with it was like an experiment lol I went from the stationary to the hand-held to both shower heads several times! Yes, it was a long shower lol As I mentioned before, there is a small change in pressure when you go from one to both shower heads. Easy install, Maintenance was in the bathroom less than ten minutes. For the hand-held shower head, I always feel like the holder won't hold the handle, like it will slip through or pop out the side, it just never has struck me as very sturdy. You won't have that feeling with this one. Solid holder. I don't have any negatives for this one. Any questions let me know, I'll answer as best as I can! Thanks! ... show more

The reveiws are misleading, this is NOT made of cheap materials, it is better put together and higher quality matetial than the single spray hand held adjustable shower head wr bought from lowes and paid 34 bucks for. Any we looked at local hardware stores for double head that would spray both same time and didnt find any and thr ones in store DID NOT it was use the fixed head or wand but NOT both and they were priced 45 U.S. dollars abd up to 200 . Was just ridiculous so i was very shocked when we got this and its nice its not heavy but not to light and i like metal spring like on the hose and makes bathing my sexy husband a dream come true and i dont freeze now because i can be in water with him....lol love THIS buy it!!!! Oh and the hose is LONG you can rinse sitting flat in bottom of our jet tub, the hose does not tangle or get stuck. This is really nice ... show more

I live in an apartment, with just a regular ol' shower head. Nothing special. With that shower head it makes it hard to clean the tub when needed and just all around boring. I bought this shower head to replace the boring old thing we had in our shower. I love the attachment head, so I can clean my tub with ease. All the different settings on this shower head are wonderful. The pressure that shoots out is great. No leaks, no breaks, and no fuss. Easy to install. Sturdy products. It's looking like it's going to last us a good long while. :) ... show more

    • Started off great, but now fails. Skip this one.
After 5 months of use the Handheld part won't stay in the holder. It spins over and falls out crashing to bottom of the tube when the water is turned off. Warranty is useless. 1 Please contact the Company to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from the Customer Service Department. 2 Send only defective part(s) with proof of purchase to Customer Service Department at the following address: Interlink Products International, Inc. 1315 East Elizabeth Avenue, Linden NJ 07036.     • Nice shower head for the price.
It's exactly what I was expecting!! Just know that one of the 5 "settings" is 'off' and another is 'low pressure', so I mean really it only has 3 setting per head. The hose is plenty long but just short enough that if someone drops the wand it will not hit the ground and break. The instructions could use some work, but that is pretty typical. ... show more

<<<Update 4 months later>>> I no longer recommend this product. After four months, the hand-held shower head no longer stays in place in the holder. Whatever gasket they used in the mounting bracket to hold the shower wand upright has given out and the holder just rotates straight down pointing the showerhead almost towards the spigot. The only thing keeping it from doing a complete 180-degree rotation is the hose. My previous shower/handheld lasted five years, this one, five months. <<<oringinal review>>> I previously owned a show system just like this one. Had it maybe five years and the valve that switches between the shower heads gave out so I bought this as a replacement. So far it works just like the old one. Easy to install, 5 minutes and done. Everything is hand tightened so you don't need a wrench. They also included thread tape to seal the unions but each connection has a washer so it wasn't really needed. You could put it on if you want but I left it off. I only gave it four stars because if you turn on both shower heads, the handheld showerhead does not receive enough water to use the massage setting. It just sort of dribbles out. It works if used alone. My old system did not have this problem so its not a water pressure issue. ... show more
