I had a Moen that started leaking, so I decided to give this one a try—mostly because of Amazon’s return policy. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a solid choice. While the sprayer is made of plastic and feels lightweight, it works just fine. One thing to note: when I first used it, a couple of holes weren’t spraying properly. After about two minutes, the issue resolved itself—I’m guessing it was just some plastic dust from manufacturing. I've used it for several months now and the problem hasn't returned. I love the larger head and the different spray patterns. The front sprayer is *powerful*! It felt a little unwieldy at first, but I got used to it quickly. I actually use it to wash my feet, which I haven’t been able to do in years because of my back. The strong stream gives me confidence that it's thoroughly rinsing between my toes and keeping things clean. If you like a strong spray, make sure to order the 2.5-gallon-per-minute model. I’ve switched shower heads (apt living) many times over the years and I must say this is the EASIEST install I’ve ever experienced in all those purchases (maybe 8 different times?) I got this one for my new home and I’m SO EXCITED that this one is for keeps! I used a crescent wrench and there were no drips the first time I checked it. The jet settings make washing the dog a snap! I love all the variety of settings for regular showering too! I feel like I’m getting more water from my shower than I did before. My old showerhead was ANCIENT! It’s so nice that they give you the option for an alternate mount if you want - I didn’t use this, but I saved it in case I change my mind later. I just love that they give you everything you need minus a tool to tighten it - i.e. the washers, teflon/plumbers tape, etc. The size of the showerhead is perfect too, not too big to hold in your hand — some of these that are mounted are like this are the size of an appetizer plate and are really awkward to hold — not this guy! I’d say it’s roughly 4.5” diameter just PERFECT! Sorry for the long review… but I cannot recommend this shower head more highly. In an ideal world I wish they had a metal version of it for a higher price - this one is all plastic, but frankly, for the price and all its durability and features - I’ll take it! ... show more
