I wanted to get a water filter for my whole house due to suspected high levels of chlorine in my water but whole house filters are extremely expensive. Decided to shop around for a shower head filter to start. This one is extremely easy to install (10-15 minutes) max with no tools required. The filter did not reduce the water pressure to my shower that I could notice. After using it for about a week, I noticed that my skin was beginning to clear up from acne. Was not expecting any crazy changes in that regard since my water is city municipal and should be *relatively* clean. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but if it’s true that the filter only needs to be replaced every 6 months, then this is probably one of the best budget friendly shower filters on the market. Does it actually make the water cleaner? No idea! But it definitely made my skin look and feel better. I’ve also noticed a little less hard water deposits in my shower as well. Maybe it will even reduce the amount of time I’ll need to clean my shower! ... show more

I didn't have high hopes for this filter, but I'm glad that I did! My water is really hard and it always feels waxy or as if I still had soap on my body. Trying this for the first time, I noticed the difference in the way the water feels. After a day, my skin isn't as red or irritated looking. I don't have pictures because I didn't think it would work 😅 I will update again after about a week (if I remember) and seeing if it helps my skin. I've been breaking out and having skin irritation along with redness for 3-4 months now. I'm having hopes after a day! Update: it's been 2 weeks since I purchased this and my skin is definitely healing. The redness has died down and but there's are still obvious leftover marks from the acnes/cysts. I would definitely recommend trying this. I originally got this specific one because the brand kind of sounded familiar so it was my safest bet. I'm unsure if I'll make any more updates... But, depending on how long my skin heals... I might do an update. ... show more

Purchased two of these to help with our hard water. The installation instructions were simple to follow and fit on both of my showers. I don’t feel like it lessens the water flow very much. I have been using it for a couple days so I can’t say if it’s made a huge difference yet. But my skin has been feeling less dry since I’ve had these filters. ... show more
