The MacBook Pro "Core i7" 3.1 13-Inch (Early 2015 Retina Display) features a 14 nm "Broadwell" 3.1 GHz Intel "Core i7" processor (5557U), with dual independent processor "cores" on a single silicon chip, a 4 MB shared level 3 cache, 16 GB of onboard 1866 MHz LPDDR3 SDRAM, 512 GB of 4 Lane PCIe-based flash storage, and an integrated Intel Iris Graphics 6100 graphics processor that shares memory with the system. It also has an integrated 720p FaceTime HD webcam, and a high-resolution LED-backlit 13.3" widescreen 2560x1600 (227 ppi) "Retina" display in a case that weighs just less than 3.5 pounds (1.58 kg). It does not have an internal optical drive. Connectivity includes 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, two USB 3.0 ports, two "Thunderbolt 2" ports, an HDMI port, an audio in/out port, and an SDXC card slot. All the keys I’ve used so far all work, and I’ll update this review when I have an honest opinion about the battery life. Going for refurbished was a fantastic idea, I also only ordered this 2 days ago (6/01/2024 & today is the 3rd) and it wasn’t scheduled to get here until the 6th. Overall satisfied with my purchase and the company I bought it from. Thank you for helping me make my job easier 💚 EDIT: 06/27/24- This is actually such a great value for the price. I use it every day and the battery lasts me all day, i've consistently had about 10-15 tabs or windows open; due to my job I have to, I'd say I get a full 10-12 hours of usage a day and when I don't have all those tabs open, id say maybe 15 hours of battery life a day. its really nice, none of the keys have had any issues so far, the microphone and speakers work, the camera works, I use zoom a lot for work, I also use it to occasionally watch Hulu and the battery will last about 7 hours doing just that.     • Everything looks brand new. It’s the software that’s the problem.
This is hands down the slowest computer I’ve ever used. It takes at the least 3 minutes to open any and every app on this laptop including settings. The battery life is also terrible. Had it charging for a whole day and I kid you not, as soon as I took it off the charger at 100%, it shot back down to 69% in a matter of seconds. Never buying from this company again. Complete waste of my time and money. I really needed this for college and instead of helping me out, they basically just had intercourse with my butt without consent ... show more

I ordered the MacBook Pro i7 16gb 512gb SSD 13 inch. The MacBook came within 2 days as I have prime. The package was simple and very effective at protecting it through transportation. The MacBook itself is extremely nice. Literally NO scratches whatsoever and once I turned on the MacBook and updated the OS I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this "refurbished" Mac. The only gripe I have is that the charging cable is after market and it is pretty short. I wish they had sent it with a longer charging cable. But her beggars can't be choosers. I paid $850 or just under for this MacBook Pro and its worth every penny for the LAST good MacBook apple ever made !!!! ... show more

This Macbook worked fine for me, especially after the condition it was shipped to me in. The 4 stars is for the actual MacBook, not the seller. Laptop worked great and was quite nice. About the SELLER: The laptop was packaged very poorly and the laptop was slightly beat up (not from shipping, but being refurbished, which I did not mind). However, I got the wrong version! I originally purchased this item, knowing it is renewed. I needed an affordable MacBook that had more internal memory, RAM and a faster processor than the current model I own. I recieved my MacBook within days of the order, but it had a battery service issue from the start. I contacted the seller and they responded back in a couple days but guarenteed a quick replacement as soon as I followed Amazon's return process and gave the seller the tracking info upon releasing is back to UPS to ship back. Within 3 (business) days, I had the replacement delivered. Same technical specs, in great condition and this replacement has shown no battery issues. I've been a MacBook user for years for video editing, so I may be biased but my rating is due to the customer service and quality of renewed product. Thus far, my experience is great. ... show more

I bought a good condition one that in my opinion is not in good condition. The top is scratched in atleast 30 places, the screen has a small pinhole of the screen not working. The laptop did not come at 80% charged. The screen came completely dirty and with sticker marks all over it. Guess I will see how the speed of the MacBook is. ... show more

When I looked to purchase a refurbished MacBook I checked the release dates on all the units I researched. This laptop is listed as being released March 6, 2018. This looks good because Apple usually supports these for 7 years. After setting up this MacBook and installing the updates Monterey 12.7.6, I connected everything and loaded some apps. Opened the System info line of to check all the specs and found the very first line of information stating the Model: MacBook Pro (Retina 13 Inch EARLY 2015). That makes this 9 years old, not 6. I didn't expect any Apple support and I'm sure now. The price was right but the misstated info is a bad sign!!!!! I'm not in the returning mood, but I sure won't believe the DATES on the specification list anymore. ... show more
