The media could not be loaded. This computer was in perfect condition, it has been working like it’s brand new. i have zero complaints about it. and the shipping was crazy fast! definitely a great first computer for college students.

I was so iffy about buying something refurbished but let me tell you! This laptop looks almost brand new! A few scratches by the mouse part but nothing I can’t just cover! Seriously for the price im in love! Also fast shipping too!

The MacBook Pro looks very good from outside with a little scratch on The front lid. Besides that, the Touch ID doesn't work; I talked with Apple support, and they confirmed that it is a hardware issue and not software.

Bought this for my senior in high school to last her through a year or 2 in college. Couldn't tell the difference between thos one and the brand new one the school lends out to her!
