I think I have had this computer for almost a month and I love it! I ordered one last year from a different company and it was terrible. The battery life just wouldn't stay alive for longer than 5 hours. However this one I love. For reference I go to school for 8 hours and when I get home it's at 40%, for a refurbished computer this is great. It had one dent on the side but it was very tiny you can't really see it. The only other thing I can think of is when I got my order the charger didn't work but I reached out to the company and the sent one right away and I got it the next day. I'm in love with my MacBook Pro and Im so glad this one worked out so far! The screen works amazing too! I've had no problems with it yet! If you're worried about the fanning of the computer; mines never had that problem :) Also I have a tip: if your computer is dying to quick, put it in low battery mode for the whole day, trust me it works! I would totally suggest buying this computer, it's worth every penny!! ... show more

I got this as a replacement for the my old MacBook Air that I used for work. It came and was in good condition. It did have a mark on the screen that I don't think should've been there but it's mostly not noticeable when the screen is turned on. The battery life isn't bad and the battery only had about 70 charge cycles on it so it lasts for most of the day and some days I can get away without charging it. My job can be hazardous at times so I didn't want to spend the money to get a brand new computer but I also wanted a computer that worked well and could process all the programs that I needed to run. Don't waste your time. Product is trashed and it's a hassle to do returns. Not worth it.

I just received my macbook, came with a brand new charger kit, there are a few cosmetics blemishes , the battery came almost to zero… so I am charging now and see how long it will last. It did come nicely packed, the keyboard and the overall interior looks good. As I was using it the MacBook got a little hot, more than I expected. I will update the review in a month or so . So far so good . Reason for the 3 stars , I will update in a month . 2024 update - I am very satisfied, I did not have any problems with the MacPro so far. ... show more

Idk why most of the reviews on this product are bad . But I ordered a MacBook Pro and it arrived on time and was pretty fast. The quality was ok, I did order it excellent but it’s not too bad and as of rn is working good .

I received this 1 day early. I plugged it to charge it. The screen went blank, and I could not figure out why it did that. The keyboard were lit, so it had power. I saw an online tutorial: I accidently turned the brightness to 0. Easily fixed. It works as advertised. I could not see any imperfections or damage of any kind. It is a very good value. The only negative (not a deal-breaker) the power charging brick is an off-brand unit. It still does the job, but for the money I saved off of a new MacBook Pro, I cannot complain to loudly about it. ... show more

    • Item not as advertised
I received the computer very quickly, but it was not as advertised - it was advertised to be in "excellent condition" but it had scratched on the body and on the screen and a yellow stain on the bottom cover that was covered up by adhesive film. I also received a ratty charging cable and off-market charger - they work, but are not what I was expecting with a renewed computer in "excellent condition" and I would need to replace both. Rather than exchange the item and not know if I would receive a "worse" item, I asked for a partial refund roughly in the amount of a 1/7 of what I paid for the computer, but the vendor responded (also very quickly) that they were not able to issue a partial refund due to Amazon's policies, and I had to return the item if I wanted a refund of any kind. Other than the false advertising, the computer is working fine so far - we will see if it breaks down right after the warranty expires. This is my first time purchasing a "renewed" computer ever, so I expected better. I was wrong. Because of the false advertising for the external condition of the computer, I would not recommend this vendor. ... show more
