EDIT: 3/25/2021 Well I guess it was too good to be true. The laptop was working perfectly fine, and then today I got the black screen of death. We plugged it in, tried to reset it. Went through all of the trouble shooting steps and it didn’t turn back on. It makes the chiming sound like it wants to turn on, but then it just doesn’t. The keyboard lights don’t turn on, and the screen is just blacklit. I’m very saddened by this development. We have requested a refund. Hopefully the return will be smooth. Also when you print the return label you also get a letter that says that Kanga Supply reserves the right to charge you a 20% restocking fee if they find you returned the product that isn’t defective. They also say they’ll charge you “up to a 50% fee” if you don’t remove your account from the device and turn off find my Mac. Since my screen is black I have been unable to remove my account. Hopefully they don’t charge me 50% of $900 because the screen isn’t working and I can’t remove my account. 😭😭😭😭 ............ I have wanted a MacBook for the longest time. But the price was just so much more than I have ever been willing to spend. But this year we finally decided to splurge on a MacBook. I was so happy to find this listing. I was able to get the larger storage size for cheaper than a brand new smaller storage MacBook. I was super worried about it being delivered. I was worried it would be damaged in transit. It was not. It was wrapped very nicely in a very thick bubble wrap. It arrived with 7% battery life and looks brand new. The battery has 80/1000 cycles used so it wasn’t used a lot. However since it is the intel chip and not the m1 the battery life isn’t excellent. I used zoom for about 1.5 hours and the battery dropped from 100% to about 70%. It’s not terrible but I would definitely recommend bringing the charger or a backup battery pack along with the MacBook. The shipping was excellent and it even arrived a day earlier than expected. Overall it is an excellent purchase and I’m very very glad we went with it. ... show more

It works for what I needed for my daughter to start Virtual Kindergarten. The only thing is I am having trouble updating from Catalina IOS. The item came with silver stickers on the outer shell to probably cover the numerous scratches. I didn’t remove the stickers because I didn’t want to get upset. I placed a pink, plastic case on it and my 5 year old absolutely loves her “Apple computer.” It is her first Apple product and so I didn’t want to go all out and purchase a new MacBook Air so this was an amazing deal. It came with the original OEM adapter, which did look practically new. The screen was free of scratches and the keyboard looked new. Understand that these laptops are used, and they will not look brand new cosmetically. My daughter has used this computer everyday for logging into Google Classroom. She is able to see and hear her classmates and teacher clearly. I have been able to upload her assignments and download printable PDFs for her to practice skills. Also, this MacBook Air connected to my EPSON WiFi XP-340 with ease. It isn’t super fast, but I am mostly using a newer iPad Pro so I am not use to waiting for a page to load. Condition is excellent. iMac fell on the cement floor, was a lovely 2009 not really used much anymore so bought this great priced MacBook as a backup to iPad, phone, etc., and I'm on it constantly. Love it.

The media could not be loaded. Seems to be working good besides that I have a few problems the charger was broken,scratches,dent in bottom corner. It says in the description "refined excellent condition"
