So I received this iPhone 16 pro which had claimed it was refurbished! Someone had failed to complete the necessary tests to make this iPhone completely functional. In the same day of receiving my refurbished iPhone, I transferred my sim via eSIM which deactivates the physical sim in my other phone, which is fine, but, when I updated the “new” iPhone with iOS 18.2.1(the latest version) the phone itself was getting warmer than a normal phone should have so, I put it in the freezer to cool it down because I didn’t want my house to burn down seen this too many time to take that kinda risk. The networkstore discounted my as a person and I most certainly did NOT feel as though I was a valued customer, yes I got a refund, but I really was looking forward to my “new” iPhone 16 pro, I was so excited when it came! I’m very disappointed that they wouldn’t call me back after several attempts to contact them via phone and voicemail. Please be forewarned here and now to anyone that is looking to get refurbished anything from the Networkstore, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere! ... show more

The item is great, the service however was horrible through Amazon and vendor not very responsive. I asked the order to be “Expedited Shipping”, however vendor would not expedite. Vendor’s phone number says inbox full and no response. Amazon said I could not get Prime Membership dure to a third-party shipment. I will not recommend this vendor.
