The media could not be loaded. It literally looks like a brand new iPhone. No scratches at all and in absolute perfect condition. I bought mine unlocked and it quickly connected to my carrier. Keep in mind you’ll need an ESim card. Screen, camera, battery health and quality photo made me super happy I decided to buy it. I’ve had it for 3 days already and it works perfect, like I said brand new phone. The charger is a bit slow so I changed it. UPDATE: I’ve been using my iPhone 14 Plus for a month or so and it stills works wonderfully. I added some picture of the camera quality. I love my phone, it was a great purchase Update: been using this phone for almost 4 months. I can’t emphasize how much I love it. Everything works perfectly! Okay, I was shocked and so pleasantly surprised to pull this phone out of the box and see that it was literally perfect in every single way… zero damage or cosmetic issues whatsoever. Not even one tiny scratch. So so easy to set up for anyone like myself who didn’t know how to set up my new iPhone from my old iPhone… you literally just turn on new phone, go to “General” under settings, at the very bottom it says “transfer or reset iPhone” and click on that and it walks you through the whole thing. Soooooo easy to do. If everything is already backed up on iCloud it is even easier. While going through the guided steps, you eventually take a pic with your old phone of a little pixel burst type thing (I have no idea how else to describe it rn lmao) on the new phone and your good to go. Gave the old one to my sister, that was also so easy to do as well to clear and reset the old phone once everything was switched to my new phone. So so so so happy with this purchase and will literally never buy a new phone from a retailer again… why would you when you have this Amazon Renewed that lets you buy an absolutely perfect renewed phone for way less. So this is my first time buying a renewed phone off amazon & i am very pleased! I've had the iphone 11 for about three years but it is starting to get slow & the battery health was getting bad. Instead of buying a new battery I just decided I wanted a new phone. I ended up deciding on the 14 plus because I wanted a phone with a bigger screen but didn't wanna pay so much for a pro model or the 15 plus. Anyways, I chose to take a gamble & bought a renewed phone. I chose a seller that had a 90% + overall rating & paid for excellent condition. Phone came a little dirty (i believe its just dried glue) but battery health is 100% , phone is actually unlocked, screen looks flawless & i LOVE the bigger screen. The iPhone 14 Plus I bought came in the mail looking like it was brand new, had 100% battery health and also came with a charging block and cable for a very good price. However, I had to return it because I ended up learning that it was a locked phone. Fortunately, All Out Apple was very understanding and went through with the refund, which was miles ahead in professionalism when compared to other shady sellers I've dealt with in the past. Overall, the experience with this seller has been very nice. Would definitely consider buying with them again in the future =^) ... show more

The seller’s customer service was really kind in answering my questions about refunds and returns, but the phone itself did come with some dead pixels that i wasn’t expecting. Ultimately I had to get a replacement because it bothered me. Everything else about the phone was great; minimal scratching that was hardly noticeable unless I looked very closely, and battery health at 96%. You really couldn’t tell it wasn’t new from holding it at a normal distance from your face, besides the pixel thing. The replacement I received was basically in perfect condition. Battery health at 100%, with even less scratches than the last one had. I would have rated it 5 stars if I wasn’t minorly inconvenienced by the first one. Which, the first one was perfectly usable. The black pixels bothered me personally but the phone itself was still great. I had to use it for 2 days while my replacement came and I had no other complaints. ... show more

The battery seems to work great and there are no problems with the actual phone. If you’re thinking about getting a refurbished phone online, then I would 100% recommend it!
