I needed to replace my SE for quite some time, however, with the price of phones I just couldn't bring myself to spend that $1,000 needed to get a new one from the store. Once my old phone refused to charge I knew it was time. I purchased this renewed iPhone feeling very skeptical as I just didn't know what to expect. The item arrived 4 days sooner than was originally stated, so that was the first win. When I unboxed the phone I noticed a few minor scratches on the metal siding on the phone but no issues with scratched/cracks, etc. on the screen or the back. The phone came with a charger (but no block) and setting up the phone was very simple. I have to say, although I was leery of buying renewed from Amazon, I am 5 days in and I have 0 regrets. The phone charges to 100% and the battery life is fantastic! I've only charged it twice so far! If you're on the market for a new phone but you don't (or can't) want to spend $1,000+ for a new phone, I highly recommend utilizing this option on Amazon! ... show more

I purchased this iphone 14 plus as a gift for my mother who mainly uses the phone, camera, social networking and communication apps. I had no issues connecting the phone service. Doing a battery health test indicates a 84 percent battery health which is not that great. But it is a couple of years old. After taking several pics with the camera, I was surprised to find out the camera took a a high percentage of blurry pics. Many more than I've experienced with older I phones. I absolutely love this phone. I purchased the iPhone 14 Plus (blue) as an upgrade from my XR that I’ve had for forever. It is in excellent condition (practically) brand new! No scratches or dings which was expected. I received it a day earlier than the expected time! It came with a lightning charger & holds charge really good. Bought 3 iPhones now through the renewed store and have been happy with 2. The other one I did get refunded. This one came with 90%battery capacity and with a some wear and tear around the edges but functionally works great. Only reason for the one less star is it was dirty, caked on gunk around the camera lens and buttons. Would have been nice for the sellers to clean it up a bit, still a $500 purchase. ... show more
