Has only the tiniest of a scratch near the front camera but after putting the screen protector on it completely disappeared. Then with the case forget it, it’s a brand new phone! Battery strength was at 95% so totally worth it for the price. Edit: just bought another for my girlfriend. Came in perfect. No scratches, battery 100%, sim card worked well. No problems. Came out about $50 more than when i got mine. Prices fluctuate but still worth every penny. As for mine still works like a charm and i enjoy using it constantly. ... show more

Decided to upgrade my grandmother’s phone. She had an iPhone 8 for years so I just went ahead and helped her pick out a color and model. She wanted a pink 13, so I searched online. I came across this listing and was quite shocked by all the other great reviews about quality, appearance, size, cameras, touch screen, color, and the phone overall. I can confidently say that the reviews are true. My grandmother opened it up and didn’t believe how clean and pretty the phone was. I am happy to report that buying off Amazon renewed is just as good as purchasing directly from apple, but you save much more money and give phone’s another purpose and owner without the waste! So this is the second renewed Amazon phone that I purchased and I will say that I am pleasantly satisfied. everything works as far as microphone & camera. It’s fast when opening apps and text messages. The battery health is at 97%. Everything is pretty much perfect except one little itty-bitty flaw that I wish I never even noticed, and I probably would not have except for last night when I was putting on the screen protector and I was doing, an excellent job at taking the dust off with the little sticky tab and I noticed a tiny little scratch on the side of the screen, its not even noticeable until it is. but that’s OK . The phone came in perfect conditions, 100% battery condition, not a single scratch on the back glass neither the screen. Only reason to not giving 5 stars is the charging cable wasn't the advertised instead I got an USB A to lighting but the rest was all good.

Love the iPhone I purchased. Even though I paid around $50 more for premium renewed product, it was worth it! The phone is absolutely scratch less, sparkly and looks like it has never been used. Love the color (it’s little in the darker side) and the whole expo fit being delivered the same day.
