Awful, can’t say enough bad things. Bought tablet, kept dying and powering off. Called Amazon, they sent a replacement. Fine… things happen, right? Got the replacement. Now I can not get past the screen to set up the iPad. Called Amazon again and they told me to return it for a refund. They only allow one replacement per order. So now a week after my daughter’s birthday she still doesn’t have an iPad. So disappointing. ... show more

We bought this for our daughter as a gift, after a couple uses we started to notice at 30% battery the iPad would just die immediately.. Very disappointing as we had high hopes. I have reached out to the vendor in hopes of them making this right and swapping it with a unit that’s not defective. Fingers crossed and will update post ! Will show needs charging, then plug in and shows 80 or more percent. Try to use the warranty service and can’t get past the initial process
