Great iPad. This is my third refurbished iPad. This one is highly durable. Only difficulty was my other iPads are iOS 18, and so I could not backup from them because of older iOS on this iPad (iOS 16). The little smaller size isn’t really noticeable when compared to newer iPads. Works with all apps included. Speed is very adequate despite being an older iPad. I did have frustrating time getting it up and running. It didn’t want to accept my passwords. Struggled for over an hour. Finally it miraculously accept my password and I was able to manually install system. Storage capacity is 32 GB. Just adequate. I have several Ham Radio apps installed leaving me less than 10 GB storage left. Inadequate amount to install iOS 18. It has IOS 16 installed which works fine however. Refurbished equipment from Amazon is a great way of saving some money. This is my third refurbished computer from Amazon and all work great with no problems. Had a little difficulty with logging into my iCloud on it, keeps telling me my passcode is wrong, which it isn’t. Charging speed is a bit slow, I might try another apple charger and see if that changes. Appearance, it had minor scratches to the back. Had to update it to iOS 16 because some functions were limited. Works well though ... show more

What a great find! I purchased 4 - yes, F O U R - of these iPads as Christmas presents for my children, who will all be upgrading from Amazon Fire 8 Kid Pros, solely because they all ask to use my iPad because it’s “faster”. All four of these arrived in better shape than expected. All four screens are in perfect condition. 3 are in pristine condition while one has a very minor scratch on the back. All four iPads turned on at arrival. I will not be setting these up as that’s part of the fun for the kids. Along with these four iPads, I also received four off-brand, brand new lightning chargers and four brand new adapters. Once Christmas comes and these actually get some use, I’ll update with battery life, charging ability, sound, etc. I think im more excited for Christmas because I know all four will probably cry when they open these gifts.     • Do not waist your money!
I bought 3 of these iPads for Christmas in 2023 for my children. They used them for a total of 6 months, and over the course of a month each iPad just quit charging…. Like one after another they just quit charging. It took me awhile to get them looked at, and when I finally took them upto the Apple Store, they hold me they were completely done for, there was no fixing them. That the people that refurbished them probably used non Apple products to fix them and that’s why it fried them to the point they are unfixable! DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! I literally spent almost 500$ on iPads that my kids got to use for 6 months, if that. Honestly, save your money and buy a refurbished iPad from the “ apple refurbished online store” ... show more
