I love this iPad !! It charges great and the charge lasts so long! Great quality for a refurbished iPad. No technical issues, screen works great along with the speakers and buttons. Pencil is able to charge on the side. Mine even came with a screen protector on which is great!

I've been waiting an iPad for a decade and a half, but have never been able to afford it. Finally I saved up enough money to get this iPad Air 4th Gen in Renewed Excellent Quality. It took two days to arrive, was packaged nicely in a plain brown box, not an original box, came with an Apple charging block, but a USB C cord from another brand. The cord works just fine to charge. The iPad has no dents or scratches at all, if I didn't order it, I would not know that it isn't a new one! It runs beautifully. I can have both my writing program (Scrivener) open, Discord in the duel window, and YouTube open in the picture in picture at the same time and it has no issues with it. The Apple Pencil 2nd Gen works wonderfully with it, sliding smoothly along the screen when I draw or write, which is often. The iPad charges quickly as well. I love that this is 10.9 inches, as it fits perfectly into a bag to take out of the house, along with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. It's basically like a little laptop. The only con is that because the device is renewed, you do not qualify for Apple Care+. You do, however, have 90 Days to get a refund or replacement if something is wrong with the iPad, but this doesn't cover accidents. So, be careful with it! Make sure you put a folio case that covers both front back and sides on it as soon as you get it. ... show more

Great product, clean, new appearance but keeps on restarting randomly, while in use as well as not in use. The battery level indicator shows full, then sometime after restarting is shows low, then reverts back to full. Sure, it passed the 'canned system testing functions' but the actual user usage is never tested, this is what happens with almost every refurbished item I have bought in the past. I rolled the dice on this one, should have known better ... show more

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the sides were not clean and it appeared it had been removed from its cover and not wiped down. Other than that it arrived as expected and worked perfectly.
