I got one that shuts down on its own. It had slow processor. Can’t update software. So I needed to return it. I liked the looks of it but it was definitely defective.

Ipad works fine but is pretty beat up, If I didn't need it now, I would have sent it back. Along with the dings on the case it also has a hairline scratch across the screen.
