These were going to be my 2nd pair of AirPods Pro 2. I got the first ones directly from the Apple store, and I loved them so much, I wanted a backup set just in case something happened to the first. I know these are a refurbished pair of AirPods Pro 2, so I didn't expect them to be in mint condition. But when I opened the little packet of silicone earpads and I saw earwax inside the shell, I was done! I specifically wanted the XS size to put on my new set, but that just grossed me out. I didn't even care that the box had a scuff mark, but I trusted what I read about Amazon Renewed. It says in the policy that, "All products have been professionally inspected, tested, cleaned, and refurbished as necessary by Amazon-qualified suppliers". Clearly, these were not clean and they should not have been sold as "Excellent". I will say that it did come with the C charge cord and it paired to my Android in an instant. ... show more

I only got about 5 hours out of each bud. Otherwise they are like new. The noise cancellation is great; at some points it is scary because someone could be behind me and I wouldn’t even know. There are myriad benefits to these AirPods, from better sound quality to noise cancellation feature. While a bit more pricey than traditional Apple AirPods without the noise cancellation and expanded features, I found them to be well worth the money spent.
