I use these for at least an hour a day. At work, I typically have them in for a few hours at a time and I pop them in their case to charge when I'm away from my desk. The case holds multiple charges for the AirPods themselves. I use them at the gym and sweat has caused me no issues. The tips pop off and on easily enough to clean them from time to time. I loved the product guarantee card that came with it. Looked like it was hand written and checked off. It didn’t come packaged in anything apple which stunk. But they work great. The left earbud was completely unresponsive when the noise cancelling feature was on. It also made a very loud sound that was unbearable. After contacting customer support, they advised me to visit an Apple Store for repair or replacement, citing that it was under warranty. However, my experience at the store was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff informed me that the product was not covered under warranty, despite the assurance given to me by customer support. They even claimed that the AirPods were purchased in 1979, which is simply impossible and made me question their authenticity. This ordeal left me feeling cheated and completely let down by the brand's lack of accountability and poor customer service. ... show more
