I was a bit nervous at first due to the bad , as well as the okay reviews, but everything is perfect. From the set up to to the battery power , and there are no scratches , dents or screws missing , the keyboard is amazing , noise quality is great. Performance is fast.

Bought MacBook in renewed condition thinking it had been tested and was properly working ... WRONG! There were several things wrong, including random keys locking, battery, and audio. There are scratches all over the MacBook, tape was put over buttons that are scratched to try and hide the issues.

I ordered this laptop for my wife for Valentine’s Day. I purchased it for next day delivery, I ordered it around 3pm on Valentine’s Day and to my surprise it showed up by 11am the next morning!! Once I received it I opened it and it’s in perfect quality, it works, looks & sounds incredible. Only one tiny little blemish on the side of the laptop which is so tiny you can barely see but other than that it’s perfect. I payed around 650usd for this computer, I was a bit skeptical at first because of all the bad reviewed. First of all, the MacBook did have significant scratches and heavy signs of wear on the keyboard (look attached picture). Keyboard is a bit faulty, double spacebar is an issue, but I also had a brand new MacBook Pro 13 once that had the same keyboard issues, however, I mostly use an external keyboard to type so its not a big deal for me. The did send me an original charger, which is nice, and also the screen was completely flawless, no issues with it. One thing I consider absurd is that the battery had 1254 battery cycles, nonetheless battery holds up pretty well. Overall the machine works just fine, but I wouldn't call it an excellent condition refurbished, more like an "acceptable" state. Update: So after aproximately 3 months of use I can say this was a pretty solid purchase. Aside from the obvious wear, the laptop itself is reliable, battery lasts for a nice 4-5 hours while working on it. Increasing rating to 4 stars because I am obsessed with how much better this laptop is than my 2022 lenovo Legion 3 (I do a lot of software engineering stuff so I like nice screens and battery life over gaming performance). ... show more

It has some visible scratches and even small dents. All the specs were right. Even it has a good battery life. I've had a lot of other Mac before, and this keyboard feels a little bit odd, so maybe it was repaired/replaced. But in general it looks great.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been VERY happy with this. Initially disliked that one of the little dings is at the thinnest corner/edge of the screen, top right when it’s opened. Some of the rubber-ish seal was sticking out and peeled off right when I got it, so I think either it was dinged there, but not badly enough to fix, OR the screen has been replaced, but doesn’t sit perfectly due to a prior ding. Also I actually like that it appears they’ve put a sticker/cover/protective cover over the top and bottom of the laptop. So I have no idea what the original body looks like underneath, but it actually looks almost perfect to me. Barely a scratch. I only discovered it was an applied protector when someone cut me off in traffic and it went flying a little forward, and my purse tipped over on top of it (eeek!!!!!) but all that happened was a mild scratch in the surface of the lid (behind the screen) that made me realize it wasn’t the body that was scratched, it was an applied sticker.
