The device arrived quickly, was in excellent condition, and super easy to set up. Also, it came with all of the necessary cords and was packaged very well. After about 2 months of use, I noticed that the keyboard was difficult to use at times. The spacebar did not properly function and it was VERY difficult to type the simplest of sentences without having to touch the spacebar multiple times between EACH AND EVERY WORD :(. I initially reached out to the seller and they sent me a generic link with troubleshooting options (which I already had done on my own beforehand). I then realized I had a wireless keyboard and this took care of the initial issue. Two months after the keyboard issue (month 4), I discovered that the laptop would not charge. Initially I thought it was the charger, but it did work with another apple device. Then I thought it was my electrical outlet, but that was not the case either. I connected my wireless mouse to the device via usb-c and it worked perfectly. To preserve the remainder of the battery life I shut it down, and a few hours later I attempted to use the device and the battery was completely dead, the device would not start and it would not take a charge. So, after about 4 months of usage and $500 I no longer have an operable device to work with. I sent the device to the insurance company and a few days later I received a message saying they are unable to repair it. They will issue me a full refund for the purchase price. Moral of the story, if you need a laptop, just buy a new one OR if you buy a refurb PURCHASE THE INSURANCE. ... show more

I first received a MacBook that had some damage to the touchbar, but after sending an email to the seller the quickly sent me a new one that is perfect. The customer service was top notch and the computer works great. Super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!

This computer is worth the money I bought it because my computer had randomly stopped working, and I needed one quickly. It is holding strong. There was only on small scratch on it when I got it barely noticeable. The computer is loud and holding up well. Let me just start off this review by stating that I understand that refurbished products do not come perfect. I've bought many before, like the current monitor I am using, and they always come in at least decent condition. This was the only time I've ever bought something refurbished on Amazon and had the quality be this poor. I am a college student and was looking for a laptop to purchase for my next semester, and it just really sucks because the shipping was almost $30 and I won't be getting that back. The laptop came with tons of dents and scratches, not only on the back, but also the front, apple logo, and corners. These dents were not small and unnoticeable; I saw them the moment I opened the box and that was even while it was covered with bubble wrap. Opening up the laptop resulted in an even worse condition as I saw the crust that had formed in between the crevices of the screen and keyboard. I found that revolting, especially since I could also see crumbs scattered beneath each key. The description states that it was supposedly cleaned and inspected, but the moment I opened up the laptop the most disgusting stench came out, proving that they didn't even care enough to open it up, or if they did, they did it haphazardly. At this point I'm just hoping for a full return since I still need another laptop to replace my other broken one. I read through the other reviews and would just like to mention that my seller was Refurbished Business Machines and the price was $730 at the time of purchase. ... show more
