I purchased this faucet almost two years ago. It was easy to install, and the oil-rubbed bronze fit with my rustic style decor. As someone who loves working on things, this faucet gets double-duty as not only my kitchen sink, but also my go-to everything cleaning sink, because I love how intuitive and well the sprayer function works. As an added bonus, the oil-rubbed bronze finish still looks brand new after two years -- even though this sink and faucet combinations gets the toughest workout in the house. After close to two years and well after the warranty expired, the sprayer button begin to stick, and although the faucet still functioned, not not being able to easily switch between the two spray modes was messing with my workout and cleaning routine. I did not want to purchase a new faucet, as this one looked amazing, and only had a minor (and sometimes annoying) malfunction. I contacted the seller through the Amazon app, and explained the situation, and asked how I could purchase a replacement sprayer head. They promptly responded (as fast as China can since there is a 12-hour time difference), and ask for a video demonstrating the issue. I sent a short video taken will my cell phone of the sprayer not correctly switching between the two modes, and waited for the response. The next day, the company responded that they were shipping at their own expense, a replacement sprayer head for NO CHARGE! Three days later, I receive a matching new sprayer head that took approximately 30 seconds to install, and now my go-to sink/faucet is back in business! I am preparing to remodel the several bathrooms in my house, and it is my hope that this same company also offers bathroom fixtures (as I didn't have to purchase a kitchen replacement) -- as I will choose this brand again for style, durability, price, and now excellent customer service! Wasn't sure if the design would go in my kitchen but after the installation, which by the way was easy, it took less than thirty minutes to complete with no problems, I couldn't have picked a better faucet. The design and color fit well. Great work on creating this faucet!

What a difference. It vastly outperformed the almost $240 one we installed yesterday. We have it in our laundry room and the sprayer pressure is about double of the expensive one we installed yesterday from a well known brand and have totally regretted that one. Although we would lose the money we paid the plumber to install it, I want that one it out and as my husband was able to install this one with no problems, hopefully he will do so for this one, or I will pay for a plumber again. The media could not be loaded. I've included a before and after shots of my sink as well as a brief video showing the pull-down ability. Solid 5/5, this thing. I absolutely love it. Word of caution though, this is best suited for a thru-countertop setup or a sink with substantial bracing. As I've unfortunately learned, common SS sinks are too flimsy to support this thing. It's bloody HEAVY, large and in charge. The additional features it offers such as the brush attachment and soap dispenser are very welcomed. Brush attachment: I feel like the brush is a little gimmicky but I'm sure I will find use for it, if not then I at least have it. Soap dispenser: I love this thing. It allows me to declutter some of the work area and looks absolutely stunning. It's easy to refill by simply pulling up on the pump then pouring down the hatch, your choice of soapy wonders. Aquablade!: This is a quirky and nice feature but I feel like it's nozzle might be subpar. It's that or my water pressure is too much for it. This feature splatters all over the place and is not as clean streamed as I thought it to be. Still though, it can not be ignored how valuable this can be when powering off dishes; splatter or not. Just take caution. Installation: ...is subjective to your kitchen's setup, so I can not say it's easy/mild/difficult since your milage will vary. I will say it would be nice if there was a tool to help really tighten down that ring before doing up the grub screws to lock it in place. As far as the weight for the hose, I'm not a fan of using screws for the weight. It can make getting just the right adjustment(s) an utter annoyance by consuming time and really fatiguing parts of your upper body that will make you ache afterwards. A weight that is latched would have been better, in my opinion. Overall: While I obviously don't have long term feedback, for the price/material/feature ratio, it's a bloody good deal that looks like a work of art. I can tell it favours deeper sinks or at least you may have to modulate the water flow at the valves. Otherwise it will spitter-spatter EVERYWHERE, so take caution there. In addition to that, the aquablade splatters everywhere too; this could be a poorly designed nozzle and/or my water pressure is simply too much. ... show more
