  • Works like a charm
Size: 1000W
The media could not be loaded. I went through 2 other brands before landing on this one. They did not work. This one no problem at all and it even felt better than the other brands I had tried. It powered up and has a switch to cycle the rgb lighting. I would buy again if needed. 😀

  • I Needed a New Power Supply Fast. This Works for My Needs
Size: 650W
I thought my computer had issues with the power supply (PSU). I was not sure, though. I decided to ignore the issues and leave it on and hope for the best. Well, eventually, my computer decided it did not want to power on anymore. I figured I needed a new PSU. I browsed for a while and read some reviews. I saw this product. My previous power supply was 700w and rated. This product Apevia ATX-PM650W Premier is 650w and is also gold rated. I liked the price, and the product was on sale. Amazon showed my order would arrive overnight the next day. So to end the analysis paralysis, I decided to tempt fate and buy this product. So I want to state I don't blame the product for this. But changing the PSU was more of a pain than I thought it would be. But somehow, at the end of this struggle, my computer powered on, and I got to the BIOS. Then soon after I booted into my operating system (OS). Seeing how I just got the product, I can't say much about how long it will last. But so far, everything is working as expected. Since I cleaned up some cables and dust, my computer might even be running slightly cooler now. If there are any major issues, I will update this review. ... show more

  • A great PSU, but not off switch.
Size: 850W
Ever since the price of power supply’s went up I’ve been hesitant about buying one of the pricey PSU’s. When I saw this I decided to give a chance since I needed the extra power for my AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3D and my Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti. I have not had any problems and was very satisfied with the price. The only downside is they put in an RGB lighting button instead of the on and off switch that I loved in every other power supply I had which made turning off the computer to work on it so much easier. Nevertheless I’m very satisfied and do recommend this PSU as it has a gold plus rating for power consumption which is the highest I’ve ever had. ... show more

  • Perfect for Upgrading and Streaming!
Size: 1000W
When I got this a few months ago I had gotten it because my pc's original power supply couldn't handle streaming! It can handle 4 screens at once, streaming, heavy gaming, recording, and even other work related things! It's very reliable! The only time it makes noise is when the pc first starts up and only takes a minute to be silent again! The LEDS are very pretty! If you're thinking about not getting this because of the LEDs I can promise you (from someone who was the same way) that the LEDS have no effect on the power supply that is noticeable even when stress testing. ... show more

  • Now I Know What Coil Whine Is / Reboots
Size: 1000W
The media could not be loaded. I upgraded from an 650W Gigabyte 80 bronze, to this 1000W Apevia 80+ Gold and now I have coil whine. : ( Initially, a few weeks back, I upgraded my GPU as I was reaching around 515W (on my 650W Gigabyte PSU) when playing games (Doom Eternal specifically) so I figured I should probably upgrade. Now I'm not so sure if that was a good idea. I had always heard of coil whine, but had never experienced it myself, now that I can say that I have. The coil whine only manifests itself when I'm playing games that are pulling a lot of power from the PSU (i.e. my GPU), I don't here it when at the operating system or doing work related activities. I'll give it a couple of days to see if the coil whine goes away, and I'll report back here. UPDATE: Whelp, a couple of days later and now I'm not only getting random reboots, but anytime I try to launch Sons of the Forest, it crashes my computer. I'll be requesting an RMA for this guy, getting my money back, and putting my old 650W PSU back in my computer... ironically that was more stable than this, and it was more quiet! ... show more

  • Apevia ATX-PM650W Premier 650W 80+ Gold Power Supply
Size: 650W
Purchased this power supply for a gaming computer build for my daughters. She loved it BTW. Install was simple and cables flex enough to make the connections fairly easy. The power supply mounts with the fan facing down configuration, so it is nice the made some vent slits on the sides to get some of the RGB lighting inside the case. So far, operation has been flawless. I'd recommend. ... show more

  • Nice power supply.
Size: 650W
I've been using this for my server for the past 5 months. I've had no issues with the power supply and all the voltages are in spec. It's a nice quality power supply fits great and has decent cable management included. For the price it can't be beat.
