I put this together by myself. 38 yr old semi handy lady. Occasionally my 12 yr old would hold a pole to stabilize something but I mostly had to hold things up with chairs, etc. It took me about 8 hours only because I kept doing something incorrectly and had to re-do everything! It's funny now but frustrating then. 8 holes were misaligned and I had to drill new ones through the metal. I got it up finally and it seems pretty sturdy so here's hoping it lasts a long time! ... show more

It took two people about two hours to assemble it. Be sure to pay attention to the front and back of the hole, it will be much easier. The quality is really good and the steps are very convenient. My mom loves it on my back yard.
