    • Worked great for a water table.
I used this for my kids water table. It worked well. It was powerful enough to pump the water 2 feet up. The suction power was good. It was left out most of the summer and seemed to be pretty durable.

    • Functional pump, but can’t handle debris
I bought this plug and play pump to circulate an aquarium and it works great to move water, however note in the product pictures that the impeller intake flow adjustment holes are quite small so it’s easy for floating debris to clog the pump. It does not come with a foam debris filter, so I cut up some washable blue cut-to-fit furnace filter and zip tied it around the pump to cover the intake to solve that issue. The pump is well-accessorized with 1/2” tubing, 2 output fittings, and comes with extra suction cups for the feet. ... show more

Works great to do easy water changes on my 20 & 100 gallon. The only issue is the hose that comes with it is kinked beyond salvage so I had to purchase my own hose. Still holding up 6 months later for my 2 fresh water tanks.

    • Solved our problem!
We have a fountain that has a pretty shallow water well where the pump sits. That usually means that normal pumps are sucking air when the water level goes down much at all. It gets extremely frustrating to have to have the fountain water topped off in order for the pump to work. However, because this pumps sucks in water from under it, a somewhat lower water level doesn’t affect it (unless the water is practically gone, which I would never let it get that low). The flow rate is very adjustable and works perfectly. The power cord is a very thick three prong cord, which is much better than most small pumps. I would give this pump a 10 if I could! ... show more

It doesn't take much to stop this pump. I know for the money. It was pretty cheap, but again, most of what you find on Amazon is like this poorly made sheep, you think you're saving money? But you're just wasting your money, buyer beware.

Edit: My original review gave it 1 star for not working but, the seller contacted me and it was determined that it may have been damaged during shipping. They sent me a new one, free of charge and I tried it. It is everything they promise! I hooked it up and quickly and quietly I had a waterfall that sounded like a natural waterfall. No pump sounds, just a beautiful waterfall. 100% recommend this pump! Would add a picture but, the person I built the waterfall for doesn't allow photos of her yard. ... show more
