Love it. This is my first ebike and I am very impressed. The bike is well made very sturdy, comfortable, and really good looking. It is big description says it will fit any one from 5'4"-6'4" I am 5'9" and barely can stand flat footed when stoped. So if any shorter might be a little big for you. The engine is strong I bought this because my house is close to the top of a very long hill. I am 240lbs and with the pedal assist I have no problem making it up the hill and at around 14 mph. On flat road with full power I was able to get up to 26.5mph. Handles well off road also took it on a wooded trail real bumpy and muddy handled it like a champ. Only cons I have found is The lack of proper assembly instructions and owner's manual. But It is fairly easy to put together took about 20 minutes. Plus like the other reviews the breaks do squeak.     • BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I WOULD NOT PURCHASE EVER AGAIN
I purchased this bike in August, it was delivered about a month later, in Sept. 2022. The bike was assembled with no issue and it worked for about 2-3 weeks. I have experience with electric skateboards and electric bikes. However, after no issues with riding it for those few weeks, the electronic component completely stopped working and the bike will not move. I contacted the seller and they informed me that I need to open the controller box to obtain serial number, but get this - one of the four screws was screwed in so tightly by the manufacturer that I am unable to open the controller box. I have taken the bike to three e-bike shops, none of which were able to assist. We've even resorted to trying to break open the controller box, to no avail. At this point maybe a blow torch would be the only thing to do the trick. I have given the seller MONTHS to remedy the situation. This was a very expensive purchase that was a complete waste of precious money and precious time spent driving to any e-bike repair shop I could find. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUY LOCALLY so that you can bring it to someone who knows how to work on it. I am out of A LOT OF MONEY. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ... show more

I wanted an electric bike to use hunting. I wanted to get farther in the woods and quieter than anyone else and I refuse to spend $3000.00 on some other hunting specific bikes with less or the same specs. The 750 watt motor rides through grass with no problem and concours smaller hills with ease. I have gotten the bike up to 28mph using petal assist and 22mph without and I weight about 270 lbs. The gears have worked better than any bicycle I ever bought at Wal-mart. This is the first bike I have had with disc brakes and the work flawlessly. There are 3 negatives I have with the bike. 1st the light never worked (but I don’t really care) 2nd the battery pack moves from side to side a little (I think it should be more secure, but as long as it does not break I am ok with that as well). And lastly is the seat. The seat is comfortable, how ever it adjusts differently than any other seat I have used and occasionally slips and the front points up and digs into the groin area instead of being able to sit on the rear part of the seat where it is cushioned. ive had this bike for a while and i do need to do some work on it. mainly i need to change the brakes the basic stuff but thats not what you are here for. so my issues with the bike 1] after 200 miles the rear tire has eaten through the rear fender not that big a deal but should be noted 2] somewhere around the 70-80mi range the front right break leaver started to get loose ie the cable was losing tension minor and fixable 3] from the beginning when at a stand still the motor will skip and i have to reset the throttle or wont go at all {fixes itself after the first time every time} 4] the light is not very good don't get me wrong it does its job and for a single led its ok but could be better after about 10ft there is almost no visibility 5] the bolt for the seat snapped rendering the seat pretty much useless mind you this was about 100mi in but i use this bike as a mode of transportation not for off-roading or recreation now the good 1] reliable battery life after 200mi the batterie is still going strong slows down after 15 mi or so but that's to be expected with just how batteries work 2] the shocks are very good and provide excellent suspension 3] this thing moves im 275lbs and this thing will pick up and go even on an incline 4] this thing can take a hit, the other day i hit a pole going 30ish mph dont ask how i hit it i just did and besides some paint coming off it still rides like it should with almost no complaints the reason i didnt give 5 stars was because of the bolt snapping which made the bike uncomfortable to ride as you have to constantly be standing or crouching. other than that the bike is great. ... show more

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter. She started out with a smaller unit and upgraded to 750W. We purchased it in May and recently received a error code on the display. I searched youtube and google to figure out how to clear it and all indications required a replacement of the controller. I visited the Aostirmotor website and began my communication with the service team through email. I follow the steps provided. I was required to take a few pictures of the display with the error showing. After a few days a new controller was received. I follow the directions for installation and now my daughter is back on the road. I was skeptical to be honest - but the team always returned my emails and kept me informed with tracking number and follow-up once the part was received. Thank you. ... show more

Absolutely LOVE our bikes. Yes we have 2 of them. These particular bikes are made for trail riding in the woods. We have had several flat tires, but we fixed those as that's not under warranty. Anything else we needed to fix for various reasons, the seller was right on top of it and ALWAYS responded quickly and got new parts out to us.
