Glasses arrived in the black rovsya box with the custom cut foam inserts as shown; great for storage and traveling. No damage to the glasses in transit. I put a burt's bees chapstick in the foam for scale (see picture). I actually missed that the set includes the pouring spout and the vacuum stopper - the vacuum stopper has been great at extending the life of a rioja for 2-3 additional days in my fridge. About the glasses: thin rim and bowls, thin stems, consistent heights and shapes across. There's a small and tasteful Rovsya marking on the base. Have hand washed them so far, dried off with a microfiber cloth, crystal clear. A few bumps between glasses so far with a nice ringing, no breaks or damage. Overall, I've been using a set of riedel degustazione red and white wine glasses for a long time, and these definitely beat them out. I had a few friends over, not big wine people, even for them it was night and day difference in terms of how much aroma you can fill the bowl with. At first, I was concerned about the size of the bowls, thought they might be bulky, but in person, they're very elegant and do a great job. Last thing to mention, I was recommended these glasses from Dr. Matthew Horkey's Youtube video tasting expensive Oregon pinot noir; great rec and his content is top notch - check him out. ... show more

Unfortunately forgot to take a picture of the glasses before wrapping them (the top box), but trust me these glasses are great! I am a big wine lady; have a rack of 96 bottles in the basement + 40 upstairs. I purchased these glasses as a gift for my Mother for Christmas and now I'm wishing I bought some for me as well. They're the perfect "thin but not too fragile" wine glasses (thick glasses are the worst). I would match their quality against glasses I've purchased from Crate & Barrel. When they arrive they might be a little foggy but a quick wash in the sink will clear that right up - FYI getting foggy during the shipping process is fairly common. I'll try and update this post after Christmas to include a picture of the glasses outside the wrapping once my Mom opens the gift. ... show more

UPDATED REVIEW: KUDOS to the seller OJADirect for excellent customer service. After posting my review, they reached out to me unsolicited and offered me a refund or a replacement glass. I chose a replacement since they are lovely-looking glasses and they sent me TWO replacement glassed (image of the Rovsya box). These glasses are actually a little heavier and thicker than the original set of four, so I'm very happy about that. So I'm changing my stars from one to four stars because of the amazing customer service I received! PREVIOUS REVIEW: SO disappointed! These are brand new, got them on Prime Day 2 weeks ago. Very gently slid an ice cube into the glass by hand and it knocked a hole out of the bowl (see pics). Unbelievable. These glasses look nice and were packed well. But they are SO thin that they can never last. Should've trusted the more recent reviews saying the same. I don't know if I can return them or not, but I am going to spend more money to get new crystal burgundy glasses that are NOT made in China. ... show more
