First off - disclaimer...this isn't a full-blown, modern, HD, 3D-shooter, flight simulator, gaming system with a VR headset. This is a little, simple, portable, set of games that can be played at your leisure without Internet connection, without a whole lot of brain power, and without fear of losing the system because the cost is so low. So with those things in mind, this is a great, fun toy for adults or kids. I feel like the games would be suitable for 4 - 10 year-olds, before they get caught up in all of the cell phones, gaming platforms, and such, or for an adult that would like to have a little pocket time-killer for down time at the airport. The unit has 6 main categories to choose from and underneath each of those categories, there are multiple screens of games...too many to count, but the product page says 268 games! Some of the games are knockoffs of other popular games and others are ones that I've never seen before.     • An inexpensive hand-held game -- but you get what you pay for (mostly)
This hand-held mini game console aimed at children provides lots of classic games from the days of 8-bit game consoles that may appeal even to some adults who wish to revisit a nostalgic trek to bygone days huddled around their first and second generation game consoles. But the tiny screen and lack of support for connecting to a tv (offered by some similarly priced competitors) make this a curiosity whose appeal is unlikely to be long lived even for young children. On the up side, the game includes a rechargeable battery and a short cable to connect it to a USB computer port or 5 v power supply (not included) for recharging. On the down side the tiny joystick works about as well as a square wheel and is unusable (at least in the unit I received). Many games are still playable even with the defective joystick but are to say the least hard to play. I am giving this mini-console three stars through the benefit of the doubt assuming that the defective joystick actually works on other units and would be replaced if I cared to return the unit for a working one. But in all, I would suggest looking for a sturdier alternative--especially one that can attach to a standard television set for a better gaming experience.     • Easy, well thought out product but poor instructional content

I could not figure out the purpose or play of most of the games I've tried on this device, The instructions provided ONLY cover the set up and charging and what each button can do. These are NOT for the most part, the games we played back a few decades ago...though many look similar but with the small screen and no built in instructions...it is difficult in the actual game play. The acutual instructions for each game should be put on line or in a file somewhere to allow customers to get full value from what they've bought. This does not mean that the games are unenjoyable...as I played a few that were quite a good experience. I also think the console is decently put together...and the screen is fine for the size it is. All the buttons let you work any game and the 6 category organization...+action, shooting, sports, casual, puzzles and adventure let you easily sort through the available choices once you know what the game name mean. I note that the charging works great and the battery lasts hours...but it is a micro USB with the trapezoid connector...not a USBC so you need to bring the enluced cable with you or invest in and micro to C connector. Adults can have some fun with this as well as younger (pre smart phone) kids. Parents will have to find the game really young kids want to play since the choice is text based. BUT...this It is a small and light take along that can help pass the time for even the youngest kids. ... show more

I actually got this because of another review where they stated this was great for flights I was looking for puzzles but decided because I’ll be on a flight I should rethink that idea and I must say this was definitely fun lol I felt like a kid again I did not sleep on the flight at all as I was glued to this console lol my son goes I thought that was for me lol he has switch and he now wants one of these I will be buying another thank you it has so many games to choose from I have not played them all yet the quality is not the best but the price was super affordable so I can live with that besides once you start playing the games you won’t care about the quality of the video I say 10 out 10 especially for flights lol ... show more

The choices of games to choose from are excellent. They are fun and addicting. The image quality is great it is so clear of course it is a bit old school looking but for it to be old school looking it is great. I ended up getting caught up playing these games as if I was addicted. There was one thing that I had noticed about this is that the button to press to jump and fire are different from what a regular game would be so that is something that you have to get used to. I did not find any glitches there were no screen freezes everything worked perfectly fine I am going to enjoy playing this for a while. I would recommend this to anyone 13 and under to like Age 3 honestly and I am an adult so I enjoyed playing this game so maybe older than 13 would enjoy playing this. ... show more

For a fun little collection of pocket video games. It's a good value but not great. It is very lightweight. There are many games contained in this and the video resolution is clear. I don't recognize most of the games by name but that didn't stop me from enjoying them. You may have to poke around a bit to find which ones you like best. There is essentially no documentation with this. I'm pretty sure many of the buttons do nothing. These are simple games that don't really have multiple button functions.
