It isn't a bad chair, but it wouldn't be comfortable to sit in for a long period of time. The seat back is too low and the rear cushion is too thin. If you lean, it will dig into your back. The seat cushion isn't bad at least. The arm rests MUST be installed because they hold the back in place. I was hoping to only use one but I couldn't. Assembly was relatively easy and you can get away without reading the instructions. It also came with extra hardware in case you lose a bolt. I was a little concerned about the packaging because it was bulging out of the box but it did arrive just fine. It seems sturdy enough but I doubt I will be using it enough to find out if the bolts come loose so I am giving it a 4/5 because it didn't fall apart when I sat on it, but the seat backing is abysmal. Maybe a little bit more of an angle or make it taller. Overall, it wasn't expensive so you get what you pay for, but some minor modifications could potentially make it a great chair. ... show more

We ordered over 20 chairs from this company, and missing a couple parts was bound to happen given the amount of chairs we ordered. They graciously sent us new parts and because life got the best of us during Christmas we misplaced the small bag of parts during our Christmas decorating and they are sending us a new set of parts happily. I thought for for we were screwed. I pray this company sticks around because I will definitely be repurchasing these exact chair again in the future.
