About the worst that's happening to it is the accumulation of scuff marks. Although this is a "hard case", the plastic is not highly rigid, so it might feel a little flimsy, but so far it's holding up just fine. Plenty of expansion room built in at the zipper, in case you need to pack a bit more. I pack lightly but even for a nine day trip with both dressy and casual clothes needed, and some purchases along the way, it was full but not need effort to pack it all in. Both the color (for the dark green version) and the pattern make this luggage very distinctive. I got a pink 28 inch one. I really like this color since it is very bright to find. We just traveled back from Colorado. The luggage was really light and easy to move when it was 50 lbs. I also like the lock, let me feel safe, and never worry about forgetting to zip the luggage well. The luggage is little shorter than my old one but it is thinker. I got the 24" bag in pink for a 3 night cruise as my checked luggage. It served the purpose just fine. The color helped me find it more easily on the luggage carousels and mixed in with a hundred other bags during disembarking. It rolled easily and the wheels stayed on through the abuse that the baggage handlers no doubt put them through. I did notice a few things that differ this $100 bag from my daughter's more expensive one. This one is not expandable and the interior pockets do not have gussets. I ordered the 24 inch one and have used it during the memorial day weekend for a short trip. It is very light in weight and has enough space for what I need. The wheels move very smoothly. So far I have been very satisfied with it and hope it can last a few years.

This was a gift for my granddaughter’s graduation. The first trip this is what it looks like! There is No Warranty, and that’s the reason I chose this luggage!!! There’s no company to warrant this luggage!!! After over an hour with Amazon they are issuing me a refund! Amazon couldn’t even order a replacement!!!! They first tried to charge me for a restocking fee on a damaged return! The description also stated it is scratch resistant…. Not true!!! Don’t by this luggage it’s not worth the time or the money!!!
