Seems ok but the stem is not metal. Just plastic and worried it will break. It does not fit a wallet case. It is close so they could have made it so it would fit. But it does not. Is easy to install. Seems to hold phones not in a wallet case ok. Have not used it on a ride yet.

This is my 3rd phone mount and finally found one that is solid and quiet. I ride MTB over roots, rocks and jumps and phone stays in place. Others would get loose as I ride but this one stays firm for whole ride

    • Finally, a bike holder for my phone that doesn't block the camera!

I was pretty excited to find this phone holder. I'd tried some others but was frustrated that they always seem to block the camera. This one does not, which means I can now shoot photos and videos with it affixed to my bike. It's never going to be a GoPro, but it's good for basic photo/videography. I set it up on my mountain bike and took a mellow ride around the neighborhood and everything worked as I'd hoped it would. It's made of very solid plastic and easy to adjust, plus I was especially happy that it was able to hold my large phone with the case on, so if you have a Galaxy Ultra or a large iPhone Pro you should have no problems either. This would probably be great on baby strollers and jogging strollers too. I can't tell yet how it will perform during offroad trail-riding, but I'm optimistic and going to give it a go and will add to my review after I do. For now, I am happy with the product and recommend it. ... show more

I am replacing an older phone holder that would slip and swing upside down while riding but the main reason I was looking for a new one was that I wanted a holder I could remove my put my phone in and out with one hand. This fits the bill nicely! I like the look and function. You simply drop the phone in and bend the lock lever to close, similar to the locking lever on quick removable tires. The lever can be screwed or unscrewed initially to set it to different size phones. The attachment to the handle bars is also very nice. Just put it on and screw the large knob to lock on. Very quick and easy set up and very quick and easy to use. I bought a different one at the some time to compare them, the kind where the corners spring in and out like an X. This is well made and has nice features. I like the orange cushion inside the holder. Simple adjustment/cam lock for holding the phone. Holds the phone very well and doesn't obstruct the camera lens. I'm using a Samsung A54 in an Otterbox case and it fits perfect. Easy in/out of the cradle with the cam lever. A slight issue on my fat tire e-bike handlebars, but the design for holding the device to handlebars is wide. Relatively speaking, the "turning knob" design takes up some real estate on your handlebars. The swivel angle on the ball is limited to maybe 90 degrees max side to side/up & down, so there may be an issue getting your phone to face you depending where you mount it. Also, the ring that you turn to lock the swivel ball can be difficult to tighten. Its not very smoothly threaded, kinda difficult to get to behind the cradle. This has loosened up on me more than once. It's advertised as having a "solid metal" neck where the swivel ball attaches, but the one I received appears solid plastic (not solid metal). Its decent, but I'd like something with more angle to swivel, smoother threads on the locking ring & a smaller profile on my handlebars. ... show more
