We've used these instead of traditional baby monitors which are WAY overpriced with terrible image quality. After 2 years of use, 1 of the 4 we bought won't connect & 1 no longer has sound. I do feel like we got our money's worth out of them- but don't expect them to last forever. PROS: easy to install, clear picture, clear 2 way talk (until the sound went out) CONS: took longer than I'd like to connect with the app, any time we have a power blip and it restarts it YELLS "WELCOME" which is not awesome in my kids' rooms when they're trying to sleep, audio died Would still recommend ... show more

The Annke pan camera doesn’t work with other Annke systems. Right now, it won’t work at all, as the application doesn’t recognize the camera is even there.

This camera is awesome. We use it as a baby monitor and the sound quality is great, the day/night mode is awesome and you can see even small details. We ended up getting a second one to watch our new puppy while we’re not home. Highly recommend!!

I originally gave this one star & a bad review because no matter what we did, it would NOT work. The app that we were told to download in the manual & from the "help desk" was NOT the right app & they charged us a yearly fee. Download the app that looks like a blue round camera. It works pretty good for an inexpensive camera. It lags & will freeze up but for the price it's tolerable ... show more

This is by far the best company, product, and customer service i have done business with. We had our camera for a little less than a year and it stopped working they tried to troubleshoot but then ended up sending an new one the next day no charge. They were amazing would HIGHLY recommend them.

This guy is super easy to set up and delivers a great picture. You need to get your own storage chip for recording - but just being able to check the room when you're miles away, is a great tool - AND the price is incredibly decent.
