I got this for a small crack in a countertop. I have had some experience using products like these so I knew what to expect. It is basically a two part epoxy that you mix and once set it forms a hard bond. That’s the easy part. The hardest part is the color match. All the colors that you need are included in the kit, but you will need patience if you want to match the color perfectly. This is basically a two-part epoxy that mixes together with colors to blend to your tile. In my case the brown and tan were both far too orange for my floor - and hard to combat there. So I'm not sure if I made the chip look any better or merely different. It also appears that the material shrank while drying - so what was a filled in chip was no longer flush once it dried. ... show more

I do like the product but it's basically epoxy with different tints to try and match the color of your original tile. Because it's rather viscous, it doesn't really flow well into small hairline cracks (and if that's your scenario I wouldn't recommend this kit). I did try it on some larger cracks and I was quite pleased with the results. ... show more
