I have been using this article in my Corolla 2011 and in my wife’s car Corolla 2013z it works pretty good an I like it. I have only 3x complaints: 1- the minimum volume is a little bit high. There is no way to adjust the volume between 0~1. And 1 is a little bit high. 2- the installation in my Corollas required me to make some adjustment between the stereo and the bracket/adapter, since the holes didn’t match well. I had to made some extra works to install them. 3- I haven’t been able to mirror my IPhone 14 with the stereo. I mean, the Bluetooth works perfectly, but I couldn’t mirror my phone with the stereo to see YouTube or any other Apps. For the price, I think it is enough good! I recommend it. ... show more

Bought this Ankeway Android 2DIN unit for my son's 05 Acura RSX. From the box, all wire harnesses are included in the box. Nice quality material, including fit and finish. During testing, stereo kept rebooting every time is was turned on. Disconnected the GPS antenna and suddenly the stereo worked normally. Have yet to install the back up camera on the unit, but so far, the WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity is great. Sent an email to Ankeway Customer Service to report about the rebooting issue two weeks ago but have yet to receive any response. Would have given this product a higher rating is not for the rebooting issue and non responsive customer service. Jan. 2022 Update. Received several messages from Ankeway representative and provided me some user guide to check the wire harness. Based on Ankeway, the rebooting issue might be a related to the wiring. Went and disconnected the stereo and rechecked all the Ankeway wiring harness. All Ankeway wires were accounted for. The only wires that I didn't utilize were the Key 1 & Key 2 wires, which are only meant for volume control on steering wheel. My Acura RSX does not have any steering wheel volume control. Reconnected Ankeway wire harness with OEM terminal. Radio, BT, WiFi, back up camera and USB port were all working and functioning properly, except for the GPS. Same issue with rebooting occurred when GPS antenna is reconnected to the unit. Requested a replacement unit. Stay tune. Jan. 24, 2022 Update Received the replace unit today and immediately installed the unit, including the new GPS antenna for added measure. GPS feature is now working. You need to reconfigure the GPS setting as the default Home location is set in Brazil. Also checked if the radio, BT, Wifi, back up camera and app are functioning normally.     • This thing is so freaking awesome!!! Customer support amazing!!!!
I can't even put into words how happy I am with this stereo. A fine peace of machinery i say!! From the ability to have wifi in a car stereo to the great sound it produces. A total work of art! You can customize this baby to just about any automobile on the road. I installed it into my jeep and spent many nights playing with this new bundle of joy. ( I think my wife left me 30 time in the 3 months I spent installing it.) After 4 or 5 months I wanted to get it a new set of speakers all the way around and maybe add a few more apps to personalize it some which is so easy from the great layout it already has. ( nothing quite like spoiling your new baby a) so I was installing some things on it an something went horribly wrong and it crashed. Totally my fault ( sometimes I can be SO STUPID!!!! 🤬). I remembered in the instalation instructions that there was a support group for any and all problems you might have so I rushed to my computer for help. I can't tell you how nice these people at ankeway are. Real professionals. The person i spoke with helped me with all my questions( even the dumb ones). Unfortunately I had killed it and my heart broke into a million and 1 peaces. But you know what they did even after spending over a week with me trying to fix my mistake? They sent me a new one. Hell to the yes these people are the greatest and the person that helped me was simply the best. I can't say enough good things about him. As far as the stereo goes I'm completely 100% amazed and over joyed with it. Oh you can go spend a lot more on other stereos but you dam sure won't get a lot more. This thing has all the bells an whistles. Thanks so much ankeway for all your help and kindness. 10 stars to that great person who did his very best and to all the customer support there.     • Solid Car Stereo, but some issues that may be a deal breaker
The ANKEWAY Android Double Din Car Stereo has a great 7-inch HD display and works well with Android Auto, but I ran into some issues using it with my older OnePlus 6, even when wired. After upgrading to a Galaxy 24, Android Auto works smoothly, though there are still occasional connection hiccups. One MAJOR annoyance is that when I make or receive calls, the call screen sometimes sticks, and I have to restart the car to get it to go away, even after the call has ended. Despite these quirks, it’s a solid stereo with good features if you have a newer phone. ... show more

    • Why did I fall for this?
Extremely disappointed in my purchase. I thought I had finally gotten the screen that I wanted after years of waiting and failed attempts from receiving broken screens. Decided to give it one more try and got this one. I cannot stand the fact that you cannot change the main screen, the equalizer options are horrible getting it to sync with an Apple phone seems to be impossible without a lightning cord. The screen keeps turning sideways as if you flipped your phone and will not turn back. It gets stuck in a program and will not do anything. I wish I could say I love this I really really do but now I’m stuck with a screen. I am not happy with because I’m not going to go without a radio in my vehicle. Such a shame will not recommend to anyone like this completely not worth it. Can’t dim the extremely bright screen and lags so much may as well be the 80’s! ... show more
