Not much to say. Produces even, flat pasta in a variety of thicknesses. Haven’t had this too long, so I can’t say it’ll still work in a year, but it fits easily and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s not the easiest to clean, but that’s typical of this sort of thing. The only complaint I have, and I’m not going to take stars off for it because it’s inherent to the mixer itself, is that it’s going to sit quite low relative to your counter. It’s not like a KitchenAid where it’s a foot off the surface. There’s just 4 inches of clearance or so and that can be a little frustrating at times. ... show more

I used to use a hand roller, but bought this at the same time as the ank. I don’t buy pasta anymore. so convenient and delicious. doesn’t stick as much as the hand crank i was using, which was very temperamental. this is no drama.

This attachment is made by Mercato from Italy for ankarsrum but the quality is far from ankarsrum. This pasta attachment is the same one kitchenaid uses and I had it for years. It’s prone to breaking and has ceramic parts and ok build quality. Would not buy again

    • NOT STAINLESS STEEL
If these were made from real 304 stainless and not aluminum and chrome plated steel, I would give them 5 stars. I wanted to like them and they look like they are well made but they are not stainless steel. Allot of people do not like aluminum coming in contact with their food.
